Friendly and efficient staff, excellent breakfast, and a very clean hotel. the position suited us. As along with Premier Inns and travel Lodges there is no mirrors in suitable places in the room to sit and apply make and do hair. Important if you are going out for a special occasion.

Rooms, attitude of staff. Dinner menu good and cheap. Showers are poor as in all Premier Inns. You cant's detach the shower head.

It was very comfortable and convenient for the airport. The heating was difficult to control. Also the shower would be better if it was on a hose so it could be sprayed at all angles.

Clean, comfortable and pleasant staff. Food good. Fairly protracted check in procedure with 2 foreign guests in the party, but still very pleasant and willing staff.

We were very disapointed as we asked for a taxi to the airport to be booked for very early in the morning we were not told of its arrival and it went with out us ! and we nearly missed our flight very stressful

Rooms great, restaurant menu looked good. Bar prices v good. No one to help us when we arrived at 10.35. We were hungry and food service finished at 10pm. Vending machine out of order for the time we were there. No water available in drinks vending machine.

Price and quality ratio. Absolute cleanliness, order, luxurious simplicity. Most love the fact that no matter where the location, Premier Inn - the cleanest hotel with the highest quality beds and snow-white bedding! (Premier Inn Liverpool John Lennon Airport) Sirloin steak was "economic class" :) but lamb dish was amazing! This hotels network does not have any deficiencies!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. We wanted something to eat before we left for our flight but the restaurant didnt open until 5pm so we had to go elsewhere

It was easy to check in and get straight to our room the beds were very comfortable and we wish we could of stayed longer being next the airport made traveling with two young children so much Eaiser Nothing we only stayed over night was a short stay

Really modern, clean, easy to adjust room heating (especially welcome with arctic weather conditions, untypical for the region). Enthusiastic helpful staff. Unbeatable value and superb location, if one needs to be close to Airport for middle of night flights. Particularly recommended for those who do not want access to 'City atttractions'. Taxi cost to City not very high @£12 - £16 Sales Pitch on Meal Deals lol (minor). Room Phone makes calling Reception a challenge, as there is no clear 'button' or dial for reception (minor, could be serious for someone else). WiFi nowadays should be Free and unfettered from Premier Inn giu (minor, won't concern most people).
