Friendly Staff Location Quiet room Dinning options onsite
Friendly, helpful staff. Prompt in responding to requests. Rooms good size needed two comfortable seats not one as there as couple.
Used associated pub/resteraunt the Ship, food very poor made comment which was shouted across the resteraunt in loud voice by manager. Given 'flat' lager to drink manager's reply nothing wrong with it it was just in long glass so inevitable would be flat. Not good experience tired, diabetic so needed to eat.
Hotel was usual good Premier Inn standard
Restaurant - poor service (exception was second morning breakfast) - had to chase to be served and then long waits for each course - food average at best.
Staff and location
Restaraunt was very poor
Our room wasn't made up one day..it might well have been our fault...Young Jessica the night receptionist came to the rescue with new towels and bed clothes which she laid..
It is just possible that it wasn't our fault...in any case I would suggest you change the notice that customers leave on the door..It's rather confusing..'Do not disturb' and 'Do not make up my room'...It would be better to have 'Please make up my room' on the reverse side as the 'Do not disturb' will cover those who may want to sleep on into the day...It's possible we put the 'Do not make up my room' in error first thing..although it was definitely moved into the bedroom when we left for the day..So there was an element of blame on Premier for the failure to make up the room...Thanks for Jessica!!!
Friendly staff and coffee/tea facility, which it should have.
Breakfast limited to 7am-9am, in separate building (pub out back). Having to pay for wifi. No big deal but this is usually free where the hotel does not provide a pc. Whilst the location of the hotel suited my purpose, it still was a 15 minute brisk walk to the railway station if one wished to travel to Liverpool or elsewhere.
Good Location for Knowsley Safari Park Staff on arrival were very polite and helpful
Room was red hot One childs bed was against a mirror
Unpretentious, good bathroom and a comfortable bed. It was also a quiet location within easy access to the motorway.
We stayed at the Premier Inn Rain hill because we were going to a family party and the lady on the reception was very helpful in ordering us a taxi as we are not that familiar with the area. I would stay there again in the future.
The location was good for the purpose of our visit, and staff on reception were very friendly.
Room was dimly lit and small window offered limited natural light. The pumping coffee jugs at breakfast held lukewarm and quite unpleasant coffee. As a coffee drinker, this was not a good start to my day. Even though restaurant was almost empty, had to wait for some basic items to appear, such as eggs and bacon.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Quite location, and big comfortable rooms.
Breakfast was not great.
Staff very helpful and friendly Room was clean, spacious with good facilities
Bed was a little too hard.
Good all round stay.
No real problems.
It was in a good town nice friendly people staff very helpful and close to Manchester and Liverpool would use again pub was nice food just ok but think because ordered a vegetarian burger by mistake and did not agree with me but other then that nice staff
Not much bar the walls were thin could hear everything and taxis from aiport very expensive get them to book one works out cheaper
Staff very friendly. Pub nice. Nice food and service
When we entered (we arrived late night ) the room it was very smelly of urine. The bathroom and toilet very dirty and smelly, we had to call the staff to clean as we could not use it, the staff was an old man so we cleaned ourselves. Very noisy room we heard all night foot steps on the ceiling and the rooms next to us. We did not have a great night sleep at all in this specific hotel.
proximity to family
Cost-high priced wifi didn't work "family" room "single" was not really...
Reasonable size room and beds
Breakfast facilities were dreadful. Tables stacked with dirty dishes, not enough staff serving. Visitors were waiting 40 mins + for a cooked breakfast! No one greeting. The whole breakfast experience was a fiasco. I did complain to to reception and they said they would note it. I would appreciate a return of the breakfast charges for 3 people.
Room was very big and comfortable
Breakfast we were advised there wasn't any fruit salad or berries and had also run out of yughurts also rn out of hot water
Staff were lovely rooms nice and clean. We have stayed several times before
The Ship the breakfast is appalling. Totally unimpressed and it lets down the excellent Premier Inn
We had a lovely meal in the Ship. Amy on reception could not do enough to ensure we had a good stay.
We relied a lot on taxis.
Staff friendly rooms clean near to were we needed to be
Over priced for room Whole hotel & attatched pub/ resturant needs updating & modernising Don't bother with breakfast as awful and over priced Stayed in better premier inns
The hotel was good
The ship inn next door was very poor food cold beer flat staff very very rude we didn't have breakfast there had to go to another premier inn for breakfast was so much better hope the staff at ship inn get a telling off it was so not professional shame on the hotel tho it's not there fault they was helpfull would like to thank them
