So cold despite the two duvets.
As we had a very young baby we were given a huge family room in a very quiet part of the hotel.
The location was good and quiet which made my stay more comfortable!
Paying for Wi-Fi connection
The staff are helpful at all times and sorted out my heating problems quickly. It's fairly quiet in the hotel so a good night's sleep is easily achieved. Restaurant next door is good, excellent service and wide menu range- nice for breakfast too. For me, this is a great location for business without having to navigate the city itself.
Heating not working in room so I had to have a stand alone heater ( as I did last time I was here) and then it was very cosy. But, during the cold weather it would have been nice to walk into an already warm room.
Location Friendly staff Value for money
Slightly bigger family room would of been good Rails to hold more towels
The hotel was very welcoming and reception staff were helpful and efficient. . The restaurant was good value and could not do enough to help despite being very busy (week before Christmas week)
A couple of the bar staff seemed not to be enjoying their work very much which probably stood out more as the rest were very good. ceilings a bit thin between first and second floors meant room below could hear people moving about upstairs!
I was there for my fathers funeral and when we arrived (I was visibly upset) on Wednesday lunchtime the girl on reception was lovely and came up to me later and said that if there was anything I needed just let her know. It was so kind. The next day the lady at breakfast was equally nice. Such lovely staff.
As a frequent Premier inn user, it has become my hotel of choice as I know what to expect and am hardly ever disappointed
Nothing on this vcisit
The staff here are always so friendly, welcoming and ready to help at any time. They are excellent role models for others in the industry. I wouldn't change a thing!
Location Staff Cleanliness
Temperature of the room wouldn't adjust
After having a bath, noticed the carpet on the other side of the wall was sodden indicating the bath was leaking. Also when you empty the bath the waste water would gurgle in the toilet, possible plumbing problem.
Would not even make the bed on arrival chucked the clean sheets on the floor.
Restsaurant near by, friendly desk clerk, comfortable bed
Cold room, bathroom without heating,
The location, with a rail line connection into the heart of the city of Liverpool at Lime Street Station. Also the ambience of the location.
The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
Location , staff very friendly, excellent breakfasts, Fair pricing, all staff were local people which really helped the atmosphere of the Hotel, typical scouse humour and warmth!
Had arranged for family reunion on Sunday, after a good afternoon We had more guests in the evening and were just getting comfortable when we were informed that the bar was closing at 8.30 pm!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed with this as the hotel lost a lot of business that night, family very annoyed, we could have been informed earlier in the day and then could have gone elsewhere, we were returning home for a holiday in Liverpool as we reside in Australia, staff training on a busy Sunday night? Very poor timing indeed.
Breakfast served was slow, 20 mins waiting at first. Too long waiting for toast to be done. No milk jugs for tea, coffee. I thought food was poor. When first arrived was told breakfast finished at 12 biting the morning found that the buffet finished at 11 so not much time to eat. A lot of food had finished and wasn't replaced. I think at £70 breakfast should have been included. I travelled back to London a little hungry, not happy
2nd premier inn we have stayed at and the level of comfort and service is good. Good parking and reasonably easy to locate
The rooms were very hot even in September. The kids eat free only works if you book a full breakfast this was not explained I had to book a cook breakfast even tho I only wanted the continental. Surely the kids should just get the same level of breakfast that the adults book?
Staff wer lovely rooms wer fab and location was not bad was a little bit out from centre but would deffo stay here again.
Didn't sleep well as room was too hot and fan too noisy.
The room was nice and the staff was really nice, helped us to our room with all out things as we just got married so had quite a few things
The fire Alarm went off early in morning, woke us up and couldn't get back to sleep
Closeness to venue
We had an excellent stay
Location Size & comfort of bed Good en-suite Adjacent bar & restaurant Easy check in & departure
Nothing worthy of mention
