Comfortable beds, nice staff, friendly and helpful.

The fact that the windows always were condensated in the morning, making the clothes and bed feel damp during the day / night. Opening the window didn't help. not nice.

I like the staff as they are very welcoming and accommodating. I forgot the name of the receptionist that helped us for and early check in and make sure that the room is next to each other. I think her name is Linda or Lisa. but thumbs up to her she made us feel at home :)

Booked it for friends - so although I didn't stay myself, I was very impressed with the welcome, continuity of personnel in phoning/reception desk - and my friends from the south also felt a very warm 'northerly welcome'!

Internet - no internet could not connect until 10am the next morning. I did mention to reception at the time took about 2 hours and she still did not know what to do, I was not the only guest who had a problem. Guaranteed good night sleep is a joke mattress is rock hard I had to swap beds with my daughter and sleep on the campbed (had appx 2 hours sleep) same for all family. Soft pillow and duvet were comfy. Tv would only go upto 33 could not hear when shower was on even though door shut, also partner and child partically deaf so was hard for them to hear. I would not stay here again, really I would expect a full refund as we did not get a good night sleep and this was guaranteed.

Breakfast and in particular patsy lovely lady.

everyone was so friendly & made us feel so welcome & that nothing was too much trouble, just didnt want to leave.

the only bad point i would have was the internet, the prices being chaged for this service is reasonable but you couldnt get access to many sites as the internet was so slow & even to use facebook was hard work, it would take anything from 20 mins to an hour to do something on facebook & other sites,

We we pleasantly surprised, it being our first stay at a Premier Inn. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Would use them again.

Excellent service from friendly staff.

Disturbed during the night by drunken idiots. There isn't a lift which was a pain as my mobility is impaired at the moment. It was a pity that you have a breakfast buffet rather than cooking food to order as in your other hotels; food was overcooked and the coffee machine product was poor.

The heating was fine until the middle if the night then the whe system turned itself off waking me up with the cold at 5 am. When I told the girl on the desk she just told me I shud have told the desk who would have switched it on but she couldn't u d'état and that I knew how to switch it on but that I didn't want it going off by itself!!!! And certainly didn't want to walk to reception at 5 am anyway every morning for my 3 day stay

Simple and easy online booking. Simple, efficient and friendly check in. The hotel was immaculately clean! Pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and spacious room. The location was great for getting an early start on the motorway.

Only had 1 towel in the bathroom. My partner and I had driven from London to visit family, my sister had recently given birth and we had been looking after her other daughter. We were due to drive home to London on the evening, but were so exhausted we decided to stay at the hotel. The receptionist was lovely, and explained the good nights sleep guarantee. This was greatly received by both of us and could not wait for exactly that.... (Looking after a two year old for a couple of days had taken its toll!) However, after we had showered, (sharing the one towel,) the extract fan in the bathroom did not switch off, the whole night we tossed and turned listening to it drone on and on. The one bath towel we had, we used to stuff the gap under the door to try muffle the sound. On check out, we mentioned this to the receptionist, who apologised profusely and explained they had recently been refurbished and a couple of others had mentioned it, but she would call someone to take a look. We are not people to make a fuss or complain. The only reason we are writing is that we received this email. This will not deter us in staying at premier inns.

The friendly and efficient staff. The quiet and comfortable rooms

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff were really friendly. We went with a 2 year old and booked a triple room but realised when we got there that it was too high a bed. We thought it may be a sofa bed so lower to the ground for the child. However, the staff on reception were brilliant and sorted a cot for us even though we had not booked the cot. We used the Brewers Fayre attached to the Premier Inn where the staff were also very friendly and the food was as you expect. It was tasty and good value but not gourmet cooking! Perfect for children. There is a soft play inside and a playground outside. We never had the time for the child to use either, but they looked good. We were visiting Knowsley Safari Park and this hotel is literally a 10 minute drive away, so perfect location.
