Friendly staff, phenomenal breakfast for £8.75 !! Spacious room, quiet location in nice neighbourhood.
Location, food and staff.
The buzzing from the thermostat and radiator in the room.
The hotel is over priced
most comfortable bed.
Waaiting until 14:00 for check in even though early check in requested. No soap in dispenser in bathroom.
Everything was excellent. especially the bed as I ended up ill so spent all my time in bed, and it was very comfy , no back ache which is what normally happens if I lay in bed for a long time.
Left my converse there behind, but staff said they would post them to us for the following weekend, so fingers crossed they arrive in next couple of days.
Location Staff Value for money Breakfast
It is on a busy road which is noisy - if this is a problem for you don't book.
Very friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
The staff at the hotel & the Beefeater restaurant next door were really friendly, they couldn't do enough for you to ensure we had a great stay!
Breakfast was a very good Location is very close to Anfield what i needed to see, AND not too far from the city
One of recepcionist was very unhelpful(rest of receptionists were helpful) She was argued with me about the price She said price is different in hotel then my booking.com price . After long Talk we agree to pay price from booking.com .Very disappointed that is happened
I liked the comfort of the bed and it wasn't far from buses to the city centre.
I didn't like how noisy it was, there were people running up and down the hallway most of the night and they weren't letting us sleep
good value and comfortable
Hotel was great, staff were great, no issue. We were a young couple going for valentines and it was so cheap to get taxis to and from the town centre, fab!!
helpful staff, buffet breakfast, bar/restaurant for evening, opposite Jolly Miller pub, accessible on Queens Drive, also easy drive into center of city
Breakfast was excellent
Bed too hard
Close to the city centre and clean and clean and comfy
Everything was ok
The staff was all very polite, friendly and was there if you had any questions or needed help at all. The room me and my boyfriend stayed in was lovely had plenty of room and was fully stocked up in terms of bedding towls etc. Was very happy with this as payed alot of money for my stay for the weekend so was so worth it.
The only thing i didnt like was the heating wasnt very hot and kept turning it self down and our room was quite cold especially at night. there wasnt any plus by the bed to charge our phones. But apart from that was very lovely stay.
The rooms are so cosy and a great size, with an amazingly comfy bed. The adjoining beefeater restaurant was so nice and great for a drink.
The only thing for us was our room was on the ground floor so heard the cars around the car park! But other then that a lovely hotel.
room was clean.beds very comfortable.staff were excellent.food was really good and reasonably priced.overall a great stay and will stay again for football trips.also very close to anfield(and goodison)stadium
Comfort, staff and close to alder hey hosiptal
Price was very fair for the B&B. the location was ideal for us, just a short cab ride into town. The breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again, the staff were great and the rooms are very clean and modern.
Waiting times for the restaurant were very long and the meals were quite basic.
my granddaughter was in alder hey under going brain surgery and they wanted a passport or driving licence to let me into my already booked room! All I wanted was to lay my head down like Lenny Henry
The staff at the reception desk were rude, unhelpful and fat.
Staff was brilliant
Groups of lads keeping awake all Nights no sleep
Free Wifi Comfy Beds Great Beefeater for food and drinks
Quite a long walk to the room, but not a big deal.
We chose this because it was close to a relative and all amenities we required the staff are so friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was always kept tidy for the 3 nights we were there and the bed was very comfortable we would certainly return and would recommend to anyone.
nothing really just the restaurant next door I don't know whether it is linked to the premier but the wait to be served is diabolical and the food sometimes is not that hot also the breakfast is not value for money for what you get.
