Extremely helpful staff
Room cold on arrival, need to be warmed at this time of the year. Bathroom fan very loud and noisy. Car park poor lighting.

Nothing everything fab
The location was perfect for my particular needs and the staff were friendly
The long distance to the room provided after climbing stairs with no lift- had to carry luggage in two trips with no one to help
It was convenient to visit my family who live in West Derby. The staff were very nice. I could not fault them. Also, my bedroom, including bed linen and towels were spotless.
I found the heating didn't work, and the staff had to loan me a portable heater. I also asked for an extra duvet, because it was very cold. However, I'm sure if I had asked to change room they would have obliged. I also had to ask for extra milk and teabags. I found the hotel supply a little mean! I also found it difficult to turn off cold tap. it only needed a washer. However, I note the room I was in is due for refurbishment. Overall I found it this Premium Inn expensive compared to other inns and other Liverpool hotel. If I had been able to visit Liverpool on other days. I would have booked somewhere else and used taxis to visit west Derby. I have stayed in better and less expensive hotels in wonderful Liverpool. also I don't understand why this particular Inn is so expensive. I stayed in the Canterbury Inn in August, which was cheaper and had better facilities for eating. I found it inconvenient to go out of the building to eat and set meals are dated. One should be able to have breakfast in their rooms and order a drink. I was travelling alone and didn't want to go and drink in a bar alone. but a glass of wine in my room would have been nice.
Friendly staff free on site parking
Bit further than expected from city centre Bit dated compared to other premier inns
The staff were friendly and helpful and provided information that made our stay better.
reception staff really helpful and cheerful; good welcome. breakfast at beefeater was good
heating was difficult to control evening meal at beefeater was disappointing. no free wifi
Friendliness of staff
False alarm going off in night.
Comfortable, fairly good location, staff very helpful.
Disabled room was booked which we did not request, staff at the hotel said this is a mistake that happens often. Due to this the facilities such as bath, sink and bed were really low and made it difficult for us to use comfortably. The bathroom didn't shut properly so we didn't have much privacy. The room was located next to the stairs so the two nights were spent listening to people come and go at all hours of the night meaning it wasn't a very restful trip.
Great hotel! Staff very friendly will use this hotel when we next go back to Liverpool.
Staff were very helpful, the receptionists ensured we had the cheapest option on our taxis to city centre. Breakfast was well worth the money. Very enjoyable stay.
It was clean as a whole, the bed was comfortable The staff were freindly
-No telephone to contact other rooms/room service. -No fridge -Wifi should be free as it is at a lot of hotels. -There was musty smell throughout the hotel. -There was black mould reside around the window pane. -There was no lift and it was a long journey to get to rooms, we should have been told there was not lift before booking. The temperature in the rooms and the hallways were far to hot. No mini fridge in rooms. -Pillow cases were not changed when the bedding was. -No restaurant service (I was informed of this before booking, it would have been nice to have been advised where the nearest restaurants/cafes were. - As a whole the stay was OK, I feel this was more of a budget hotel stay so the price should have reflected this so should have been no more than £50 per night. I paid more because it was a premier inn and when i have stayed at other branches i have certainly gotten value for money
Friendliness and efficiency of staff
Price differences of the room during the week
everything was excellent when my sister and i stayed at this hotel for the moebius Trust conference at Alder hey hospital .last weeknd. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. comfort of the rooms/ beds, and the breakfast's were super too.
