Score from 122 reviews Very good
The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well run. Staff were lovely and very helpful. My 6 year old daughter described it as "very snazzy and a-may-zing"! Would happily stay here again. Thanks to all
Large comfortable room... food in pub next door was excellent value and quality
The friendly staff lovely room a good sleep and good location and easy access to Llanduno and Conwy
Free wifi was to short
Everything was our second time and we am definitely be coming back . Maybe November
We liked everything
Comfy beds. Excellent breakfast and clean and tidy rooms.
very nice inn, staff where very good to are every need nothing was too much trouble.rooms very comfy and clean and couldn't hear the traffic on the road by the inn. Breakfast was really good, with a good section of food ,the sauages were brill. would be happy to spend more time there ,
nothing everything was good.
Everything was excellent, room very spacious and spotlessly clean, superb bed and bedding. The bathroom was a pleasure with instant hot water and again spotlessly clean.Staff all pleasant and helpful.
Being very critical here but if I had to find fault would say bar prices just a tad high.
Bathroom was updated and clean
Rachel at the desk was fantastic and realy went beyond to resolve our problem caused by the booking people
We needed 1 wheelchair access able room and another next to it. Booking ppl charged the booking with the rooms on different floors. We drove 6 hrs an found the rooms reserved where not exceptable until Rachel managed to save the day. First time we tried premier inn not sure I will risk it again
I had a bad night in our hotel the night before decided to go to this hotel. It was fab and the staff were the best I've ever come across. They were so helpful thank you guys so much for all the help you gave me and my wife along with my autistic son
The premier inn was very good, very clean and helpful staff on reception.
If you stay here please eat elsewhere!! The food is awful we had our evening meal in the pub next door and breakfast the following morning!! Should have found a nice cafe in Llandudno or another local pub would not recommend the food!!!!
We had a very enjoyable time, the hotel was first class, staff very pleasant and we were close to all the places we wanted to visit.
The food was great and Staff were helpful.
Couldn't sleep because of the noise of steps upstairs. The floor board was quite noisy. I had to haggle with a chamber maid to change the bedding and clean the room after our 3rd or 4th day in a 6 nights booking
Bed was excellent and comfortable
Long delay at check in and trying to get a group checked in was very slow. Plus the insistence that each room be paid for one by one even though it was a group booking with one bill required.
Restaurant menu much better than previous visits. Room clean and everything we needed in it. Staff pleasant
Our room was at the back of the main building and the noise from the traffic on the A55 was very loud. Have stayed numerous times before but always at front of building so wasnt aware of this problem.Couldnt open the window due to noise which meant the room was uncomfortably hot.
Location very good
Should be able to have a smaller breakfast at a reasonable price
When you enter the postcode into the sat-nav it takes you to the other side of Llandudno Junction. We were 1st time visitors, it was 9pm at night & raining with no one around to ask where the hotel was. Finally after 50 minutes of driving around by chance I spotted the premier inn sign
I thought it was a beaitiful, warm cosy room, located close to everywhere we wanted to go, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves
Bed, flat screen tv, bathroom, easy to book (we booked at 8pm and turned up at 9pm), helpful staff, access to A55.
Thought it was perhaps a little pricey for a last minute booking. Premier Inns do seem to have gone up in price in recent years though. We paid £86 for a Sunday night and a 4* with a pool was around the £100-110 mark so not much more really.
Checked into room only to find workmans tools in the bath and the toilet removed from the wall - plus the smell of sewerage from the open toilet waste pipe!! Was given another room but then had to go back to reception again to get an extra towel because there was only two in the room ( despite the fact the room was already made up with an extra bed). There was hardly any flow from the cold water tap in the bathroom. The room however, was generally clean. There was a definite smell of sewerage around the outside of the building whenever we came out of the entrance door (we were in the newer extension) We were woken up in the early hours by the person in the next room putting loud music on the TV, not really the fault of Premier Inn but an annoyance nonetheless. The adjoining Brewers Fayre is ok but the food can only be described as average, it's pre-packed type food which is just reheated as far as I could tell, the menu is also pretty limited for choice. I'm by no means a fussy eater but the food was fairly bland and the restaurant is pretty much just a production line. We actually decided not to spend any more money there and ate elsewhere. I usually stay at Premier Inn because I know what to expect in terms of room quality and cleanliness but I think this particular one lets the brand down. I've booked to stay in the London Kings Cross one in November for a long weekend, I'm just hoping the reviews are accurate as it seems fairly good, much more of what I'd be expecting from Premier Inn - time will tell!!
Staff friendly and helpful Food was ok
