Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan - Conwy)  

loved the choice of not having room cleaned.

key technology or own ineptness gave me problems with opening doors, especially outside one

No cleaning done in my 3 days stay No one has concern , because it's like busy weekend No reception in the same corridor , so they don't have clue what's going on .

Radio on TV didn't have a signal so didn't work Restaurant shut at 10pm, nothing available for a late arrive

The ease in which to book a room on line

The restaurant, I found the food very poor, I ordered the mixed grill, the piece of steak was very tough so most of it was left, the gammon was very salty, and far too many chips filling the plate up. The best part of the meal was the two sausages. I would not recommend this a place to eat in

Breakfast was quite good and not having to check out until noon made our stay more relaxing. Would stay here again.

Bed was in comfortable. Restaurant was nice in evening, shame mash potatoes weren't real potatoes! Breakfast was terribleness bacon was raw, lack of volume ie served in tiny dishes which needed refilling every time we went up, toaster was awful, may as well have had bread! The room was too warm and the lack of space on the tiny table for 2 we were sat at was awful.

The room was comfortable and the decor was good. Room was clean. Staff was excellent and friendly.

When we got there the information from Booking.com has not been sent directly to Premier Inn correctly, this caused a slight delay in check in.

We booked online and printed off the details of the booking but when we arrived the price we were asked for for £30 pounds more and the booking on the receptionist's computer said 2 adults 1 child instead of 2 adults 2 children. There must be a glich with the online booking system. The receptionist was very helpful and phoned her superior who said we could pay the price on our paperwork.

The Premier Inn is situated in a very convenient place, It is near enough to the Big shops if you are so inclined, And certainly gives opportunity to visit the lovely countryside and its surrounds.

As I had a slip and a fall in the bath causing some damage to the bath/shower taps, a shock to myself and my wife, There are/ were, No bath mats available, This is NOT within Safety regulations.

The room was the same as on the tv adverts, very comfortable and everything was great from the reception to the great breakfast buffet.

No chair to sit while watching telivision. no heating in bathroom very cold no towel rail I could reach and not heated so towels didnt dry. idnt find extracter fan for bathroom till we were leaving it was very high up couldent reach to turn on

The meals were reasonably good

They put us in a disabled room that I did not ask for. We both have problems with our backs, so next morning we both had back ache. Did not sleep well because of the noise in the corridors.

Everything just too short so passed too quickly wife in wheelchair could not access bath .room 2 staff could not have been more attentive to her disability needs

Nothing except having to run gauntlet of smokers at entrance to Brewers Fayre. Food faultless. Restaurant staff nothing too much trouble always smiling.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home.Ideal setting for us to travel into Llandudno and walk over the Great Orme.The attached Brewers Fayre was very welcoming with a good selection on the menu and excellent breakfasts.

The food in the Brewers Fayre whilst being excellent could have been alot warmer.

The Pub shuts very early, we worked very late and despitew asking for the bar to be kept open for a beer we were ushered out at 11pm!

The Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conway) was extremely clean, comfortable and a pleasure to visit.

We stayed as part of a 60th birthday weekend and had booked a number of rooms. Everyone was very pleasant and accomodating and everone in our party had an excellent weekend. We have used the hotel before so we knew that it would be OK. Our rooms were very clean and well presented.

Location good for highway.restaurant is good, liked the coffee machine,everything up to to date.

Smell from sewer facility down the road, smelled like methane.
