The friendly staff and ideally located for visiting both The Gower and Pembrokshire coast. It was a bonus to find the Millenium Coast Park created at Lllanelli.

Small, quiet Hotel with a pub next door. The hotel is in as new condition, with large well furnished rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. TV could have had a larger screen.

Food was great & staff very pleasant The Goodnight promise was not upheld when I mentioned the hardness of the mattress. The member of staff made a comment that they may be due for turning them but no offer or gesture was made

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were exellent and very friendly. The breakfast was out of this world. You could eat as much as you wanted and there was no rush everyone was so relaxed.I had a triple room as i had my partner and 4 yr old daughter with me. Children eat free at breakfast time. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was excellent - friendly staff, nice rooms. A problem with most hotels - a few more refreshment sachets and cartons would be good on arrival. Usually need a couple of cups of tea after a long drive!

Premier Inn standards are high and we found LLanelli to be as expected. Very clean, very crisp and lovely. But what really made this a 5* stay was the lovely staff. We were offered a more suitable room (we had booked a family room, because that was the only room available), were told where to find some good food, how to get to the beach, etc. In the morning, at breakfast, we were served by a lovely lady, who couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was so delicious, locally sourced produce and yummy coffee. Recommended!
