I would have preferred that the windows opened, but it was a small detail, however not sure what it would be like in hot weather.
We didn't fancy the restaurant next door for our evening meal as we don't really like fast food, and instead, we ate about a mile away in the vicinity of the North Dock, however we did breakfast at the next door Brewers Fayre where we were greeted by a pleasant lady and both of us really enjoyed the breakfast.
I think this Premier Inn is about the best we have stayed in with it's wonderful waterside location.
It looks as though the company has upgraded many of the fixtures and fittings. Small details, which add to the overall experience of staying at the Inn. The room we had was immaculate. Congratulations to the cleaning staff who keep it so.
The room overlooked the car park, and from there we could see the road. We didn't have any problem with traffic noise.
The local staff employed on the desk were very pleasant and helpful.
