Towells changed every day
Superb central location- helpful staff. Food is restaurant was much better than expected and very good value as was the breakfast
Couldn't fault this hotel.. Staff were lovely, food was amazing.. Rooms were clean and quiet!
Don't use taxi service provided by hotel.. They are rude and over charge. For taxis you are better off pulling a black cab on the street
Comfy bed, nice bathroom
Awful breakfeat, long waiting queues to get sitted

Staff Room Location
The noise of the pipes whiel having a shower - but they are fixing this The breakfast wasn't great
I'd never stayed in a Premier Inn before and was pleasantly surprised. Spacious, clean, modern double room.Very central,10 min walk to St Paul's. Very nice buffet breakfast in an attractive restaurant.Excellent value for central London.
Well, it's a chain so not a 'romantic' or personalised room but then that wasn't the purpose of my stay. I'm also a bit of a fussy sleeper and since I had an interview the next day, was alert to every noise. It was very quiet in general, but there was a low humming noise in the room which at first I though was the bathroom fan, then wondered if the air con was on. Not sure what it was but it didn't bother my other half- he was snoring 2 mins after his head hit the pillow. Told you we weren't there for romance...
The first night, the people overhead were very noisy. The second night there was a problem with the pipes at 11pm at night -- so iloud noises and technicians walking round the floor late at night. There was a 1-hour wait for the restaurant at 9pm, even for guests. Staff were courteous, but clearly had not authority to do anything meaningful.
The service in your restaurant on the Tuesday evening was awful . I ordered food to take to my room and take advantage of your meal deal. Waited 15 minutes to place order and get my drink . Wgphen I was called to come and get my food I had to wait a further 10 minutes from trying to place my order to actually getting it took 1 hour and 10 minutes , a long time to cook a hamburger . I would not recommend anyone to eat with you .
Fabulous staff, very helpful.Good room for a family of four.Breakfast fabulous value for money(children ate free)
price, staff, location, comfort
minor issue, noisy water works
Well organized, Everything was running smoothly. Breakfast ok, even from a Scandinavian point of view.. Only something like cheese, ham to put on top your morning sandwich missing. Fresh bathroom. Restaurant food also worth considering, good choice when 4 wills involved.
Rooms a Little bit on the small side for us four, but it was no surprise. Somewhat expensive, but compared to London city ok.
Great location. Helpful and polite staff. Great breakfast for children. Rooms are clean. Overall, very good value for Money.
Rooms are not big, limited space for clothes and suitcases. Room booked for 4 (2+2) is the same size as room for 3 + extra bed - so do not book for 4 aiming for more space like we did. It got noisy one night - we could hear showers from neighbouring rooms; perhaps one could ask for a more isolated room.
Breakfast Bed Staff at the hotell
The location of the hotel is prefect as it is near the Blackfriars station. Breakfast at the Premier Inn was fantastic and service was great. Quiet room; clean corridors
the staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the location was good with parking close by and underground station nearby
The only problem we encountered was with the plumbing system. It makes a lot of noise as soon as anybody uses any showers or toilets
Excellent location, staff were very polite and helpful in particular Kayleigh was very welcoming on the Reception desk and in the restaurant. Good value for money, lovely food at breakfast and evening meal. Very warm and clean room.
I stay on lots of Hotels in London, however you can always rely on the Premiem Inn for a great nights sleep and value for money. Staff were excellent.
Excellent location with good facilities. Staff were very helpful
Room temperature was difficult to control making the room very warm at night. Bedding was far too warm!
Requested early check-in and looked after our bags for a couple of hours after check-out. Very helpful
Loved the room loved everything!
The price was a bit high!
No extra charge for water, electricity Free breakfast for children
Having to pay for wifi Lights in room are too bright, should have dimmer switch on one by bed
Clean Friendly staff
Queue for breakfast Room in 'basement' with poor natural light
no refrieger was embarrassing.
