location amazing - breakfast and evening meals very good quality and value for money with the meal deal....superb. Highly attentive and helpful staff.
Very comfortable bed and very close to Blackfriars station. Quiet location.
Wifi only free for limited time. No safe in the room.
Location, view from room, cleanliness, new and modern
Queues at breakfast
Staff were extremely helpful. Free luggage storage prior to check in. Staff offered to printing boarding passes for us. Very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Blackfriars tube and train direct to Luton airport. Staff were flexible with the wifi policy and allowed more than one device for single device rate - much appreciated with teenagers.
We were 2 adults + 2 teenage children and found that the mattress on the extra pull out bed was a bit thin and uncomfortable. Probably wouldn't bother a young child though.
the bathtub was very slippery and dangerous for showering also did not like the body wash in place of bar soap.
Comfortable, well-equipped hotel. Good value food.
Long wait in the restaurant. Service not up to Premier Inn's normal high standard
Staff were so helpful. Good location. Would recommend
The bath tub sides were a little high
Premier Inn Blackfriers is well located in the city of London not far away from the St. Paul Cathedral. It is only 5 minutes from the metro station. Our room was well isolated, no noise from the street. Room is basic-
The room is basic. they do NOT offer tissues, shampoo, shower caps. Pay the wi-fi is just absurd. No frigo bar is available, it is not possible to buy food and keep it fresh. Breakfast nothing special. Typical english breakfast. Staff is nice and polite.
Stayed there the 2nd time, would go a thrid (need more arguments?)
this time WLAN was broken which was a bit annoying
good breakfast ideal for south bank, city and st pauls
The hotel is in an excellent location to see most attractions in London. It offers great quality for money and is a very family friendly
Not really any negatives
Hated the fact the maid tried coming in at 8.00a.m at least 5 times, the bathroom light rattled all night and kept me and my partner both awake all night and was also another random rumbling noise
Busy public rooms, the various meal incentives etc and resulting compulsory recital from staff
What you expect from a Premier Inn - although with more helpful staff than most.
Like many of their hotels, the building was very hot and the windows in the room don't open. Perhaps because winter - couldn't get the air conditioning to work to cool the room. No Wi-Fi. Was told it is provided by another company and therefore not Premier Inn's fault! Not acceptable for a business traveller.
I liked the location, when I eventually found it, but that was my satnav, not hotels fault and the breakfast was pretty good and part of the price.....but it was very expensive, for the room
The price, not far off £360 for two nights, when I have paid less for actual apartments with luxurious fittings, kitchens, in better locations...Its a step up from a travel lodge, but not that big a step, also WIFI, that I had paid for was down for at least 24 hours, I was refunded the money, but wifi is fast becoming a traveller essential.....I can live without sky tv and a proper double bed.....or an iron....but don't muck about with my Wifi!!!!
Tube station nearby Excellent breakfast Very clean Polite and helpful staff Excellent location
Wifi should nowadays be free of charge
The location was excellent really easy to find and was close to all the places we were going and seeing. The hotel itself was lovely and all the staff were excellent would definitely recommend to anyone needed a cheap but decent hotel in London close to all local attractions!
Clean, comfort of bed
Very essential services, internet
Close to underground. Easy check - in / check - out. Super staff. Very soft pillows.
Liked it all - cannot wait to go back!
Location was excellent for our purpose and the staff was very accomodating in our need for information about navigating the metro and getting the most out of our short stay in London. Restaurant staff was excellent in serving our needs.
Location Price Cleanliness Bed Lighting Lack of noise Friendly Staff
Lack of ironing board in room (have to call desk) - although, they were happy to deliver to room
Everything , position . Comfort . Easy reach of busy parts , like the strand and oxford street and Covent garden
The staff were ever so nice, helpful and welcoming
Breakfast was only warm not hot
