The general ambience. Excellent surroundings with superb service by all. Your staff are very friendly and attentive without being pushy. The food was excellent as well as having a good choice. There was plenty of room round the tables. Exceptionally clean . Would definitely come again
There was absolutely nothing to dislike.
I managed to get a good night's sleep.
Probably the gloomiest, yet most expensive Premier Inn I have stayed in to date. The staff were ok and did their best but the place felt a bit depressing. Totally characterless. A complete opposite from the St Pancras Premier Inn.
very good for a budget hotel
no wifi reception in my room
The breakfast was good and the room was quiet.
The location is far from everywhere. The staff were unable to give helpful suggestions about restaurants and transportation. Just a plain down market hotel full of weekend revellers in from the country.
Lack of grab rail in shower. Lack of towels....only one bath and on hand towels No two pin blugs and adapter supplied by desk would not accept standard two pin plug....needed am earth?
Staff Bed Breakfast Ease of registration
Went out for an evening in London. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly.. Would stay again.
The breakfast not value for money.. But everything else was great.
The staff were very helpful. It makes a change to find a chain/group hotel where all the staff I came in contact with, so keen to help. Again for a chain/group hotel the food was very good. All in all, excellent. The room was typical of Premier Inn, nothing flash, but it was clean, tidy and comfortable Well done
Very helpful staff, food was lovely in the on site restaurant, meal deal was an added bonus.
Accommodation standards and proximity of restaurants. I always stay at Premier Hotels because they are good and fair
Poor air conditioning facility and poor staff response to solving the problem. I was however compensated for the matter and I am grateful for that but sadly it did spoil my visit
The room was huge by London standards and very comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly especially the breakfast/dining team. Great location with Old street tube station on the door step and trendy Shoreditch just down the road. Highly recommend.
As always with these places, why can't there be two comfy chairs rather than the usual one. There was enough room.
Everything was good. Big room, aircondition, bathroom, bed, breakfast was great. Amount is reasonable as well.
You've to pay for wifi after 30mins of usage which should be in the price already.
Staff friendly & helpful
- convenient location, close to Old Street tube station - flexibility of staff in connection with a slightly later check-out - particularly comfy bed
We thought the staff and the service was outstanding. The room was clean, tidy and well presented on both days of our stay. We'll be back.
Only down side was the main double bed was just a bit creeky. But that was really a minor issue, still had a good night's sleep.
Friendly, proactive and helpful staff - I needed a sewing set and they went at length to borrow one of their cleaning staff's set so I could sew my button. Good bar and restaurant Rooms are comfortable, great beds
Could be a bit cheaper for two nights, but I suppose it is due to late booking
Very friendly staff on arrival, the room was excellent and very clean. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning very good. Also impressed with the selection of television channels which is important when staying with young children.
Nothing really but could possibly do with some toiletries (such as bubble bath) or maybe a complimentary newspaper and biscuits. However, although slightly more expensive than Travelodge, this hotel in particular is worth it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was always clean and comfortable. The hotel was very close to multiple bus stops and the Old Street Underground Station, so we could just hop on the Tube and within 5 minutes we were in Central London - super easy! Even though construction is going on in the area, we never heard much of anything while we were in our room - even from other hotel patrons. It was always quiet on our floor, which was nice. It made it even easier for us to relax and get a good night's rest before heading out early the next day to explore the city.
The breakfast buffet was not as plentiful or as great as it was advertised to be. I was under the impression that there would be plenty of choices - both hot and cold - but there really wasn'T. Still though it was nice to be able to get a bite to eat at the hotel, especially since we have two little ones, instead of having to go searching for a decent breakfast elsewhere. We also had lunch at their on site restaurant. It was alright. I wouldn't eat there again though.
The price was very good for a family room with 2 kids. Every day new towels and spacious room and comfortable bed. The breakfast is nice but very monotonous. Every day the same breakfast.
The staff was superfriendly and helpfull. But there were 2 female staff which look like supermodels, a blonde and brunette. Well those two were very cold and unfriendly.
-Very clean -Big room and nice bathroom -Close to the tube station -Good buffet breakfast -Very quiet
Staff friendly Room ok, beds very comfy
The staff were very helpful, kind and polite. The food was super and great value. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
On the friday night we dined in the hotel. There was some incident in the kitchen so there was a very long delay to get our food.We did get 1 free drink but I do not think that was enough! We had a booking for 8.30 but did not get our main course until 10.15......that is quite a wait!!!
The staff at breakfast were very welcoming and friendly. Wide choice of food for breakfast and not overcrowded.
No comfy chair in the room, just a single, hard, upright chair to watch TV, despite loads of floor space.
Comfort easy chair could doo With more only one for two people
Staff very pro and helpful Nice Breakfast Transport metro bus just aside
Impossible to open the window (but it was indicated when booking)
