We thought the staff and the service was outstanding. The room was clean, tidy and well presented on both days of our stay. We'll be back.
Only down side was the main double bed was just a bit creeky. But that was really a minor issue, still had a good night's sleep.
Staff friendly Room ok, beds very comfy
The staff were very helpful, kind and polite. The food was super and great value. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
On the friday night we dined in the hotel. There was some incident in the kitchen so there was a very long delay to get our food.We did get 1 free drink but I do not think that was enough! We had a booking for 8.30 but did not get our main course until 10.15......that is quite a wait!!!
The staff at breakfast were very welcoming and friendly. Wide choice of food for breakfast and not overcrowded.
No comfy chair in the room, just a single, hard, upright chair to watch TV, despite loads of floor space.
Comfort easy chair could doo With more only one for two people
The staff were friendly and helpful. My grandchildren loved their breakfasts.
Lack of wifi at all times - having travelled all over the world I expect it in my own country.
Quick check in & out. Helpful Staff Good quality Rooms.
The staff in this hotel are fantastic- especially in the restaurant! The food was really good- dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. The rooms are immaculate as is the hotel itself.
It was extremely difficult to find the hotel! If I was to do anything differently i would get a taxi straight there from the station and find my bearings from there. Once we did find our bearings it was easy to navigate both by bus and tube. Also, the family room was a bit cramped. We were literally on top of each other!
Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, lovely food, good atmosphere, good value for money. Will definitely stay here again!
Extra bed for second child was a cot of questionable quality. Thin matrass with frames poking in the back of son all night.
The friendly and helpful attitude of the staff
Most the staff were very nice and helpful and hotel was very clean. Facilities on the whole were excellent.
Some staff had no idea what they were doing and didn't check some of our party in correctly. Halfway through the night we popped back in and the check in person said there was someone else in one of our rooms. Then took us upstairs making us wait for 10 minutes and letting me and 2 others into a random room they didn't know who was staying in and was full of clothes etc. Thankfully it was one of ours but I had to search through their belongings to identify who I thought was staying their (potentially could've stolen anything). Worst of all I didn't get an apology for ruining my evening through incompetent staff. The bed was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well.
The staff were first class ,Brenda in the dining room was very informative helping us to plan our route to the various attractions, our American friends where most impressed with the hotel and the staff, and the food.
Distance from London eye
Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet
It was a great stay in Premier Inn. We sould like to come again!!! The staff was very helpful and very kind. The food was great and the price was very reasonable. The tube is only two minutes walking so the location is really great!
The room was too small for four people...
The view, close the subway and bus
A litlle bad smell when tou get into the room
Pillows-one wasn't enough and 2 were too high
I really enjoyed the stay here- The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. They are also very accomodating,
The staff couldn't do enough for us. We were able to check in early, they called cabs for us, made dinner and breakfast reservations for us. The service was excellent. The hotel seemed new or newly renovated and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. The restaurant was nice - so convenient. Having never been to London, I had no idea what the neighborhood would be like, but a local told me that it's in one of the coolest areas of London. The tube is around the corner and it was super easy to get anywhere. I stayed in more expensive hotels during our trip, but would choose to stay here again if I ever return to London.
I wish they included free wifi.
Cleanliness and facilities, staff very good, exchanged disabled room which was booked by mistake
Price, had booked at £80.00 but would have to pay £180 to book an extra night.
staff very helpful and nice. Fast and easy check in and out. Central location and near a train station (2mins walk!)
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the breakfast.
I was allocated a room at the furthest end of two corridors from the lift it was also a dead end - this was following my request not to be allocated such a room - I had then to go back to reception and request to be allocated another room - shame considering you actually mention in your advertising than you would aim never to do this.
The staff tried very hard to satisfy every request
