The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. Breakfast was first class. Thank you.

Check-in. Although we booked months ago and arrived at 7.00pm our room was not ready and we had to wait 30minutes before we could check-in. We are booked in again this coming week-end so hopefully our room will be ready this time!

Love that the staff are very very friendly and care about you.

I hate the stairs just at the entrance of the hotel, especially when I have the luggages with me. If they can have a ramp next to the stairs, it will be perfect.

The location was perfect, very close to waterloo station, london eye and thames boats. Easy to get most of the public attractions.

Wi-fi is not free of charge, it is disappointing.

fire alarm went off one evening and everyonehad to evacuate, it was a very long and winding walk for us on 6th floor to get to emergency stairwell! Glad it wasn't a real emergency! Apparently the hotel down the road had caused the problem???

The location is great, the staff very helpfull and always smiling, the breakfast is very good. I strongly recomend.

I requested a room with a view as the weekend was for my husband's special birthday treat, the lady that booked us in said we had a nice room, the room was on the 3rd floor, overlooking All Bar One which at 8am both mornings the bottles bins were being emptied x 3, and no view of the London Eye !!!

Rooms like dormitories. Bathroom light stayed on all night. No shower - only a bathtub. Still seemed like a lot of money for a very modest place.

Automated check in. Staff had to help. If the staff has to help why not just communicate with them. It's more personalized and with your staff, more pleasant.
