La proximité du centre, la décoration des chambres et la grandeur des chambres, le silence par rapport à la situation géographique porte de la salle de bains lourde se referme tout le temps pas de possibilité de blocage en position ouverte améliorations possibles : distributeurs de kleenex dans la salle de bains, il fait un peu frais dans la salle de bains i; mieux isoler la porte d'entrée de la chambre |

La taille de la chambre, le confort des lits King Size, la localisation (central pour la visite de Londres), la gentillesse et la prévenance du personnel, le thé dans la chambre, la SdB avec baignoire et le breakfast anglais, la gentillesse avec les enfants, le calme de la rue (quasi pietonne) L'attente pour pouvoir disposer de la chambre (env.1h dans le Hall de l'hôtel) et le non respect de notre demande de vue sur la Tamise (après réclamation , nous avons obtenu une chambre triple ou lieu de quadruple mais avec la vue que nous souhaitions) |

Je n'ai rien aimé en particulier Il ne sentait pas la propreté, la chambre était trés basique, la TV d'un autre temps, un écran minuscule, la salle de bain très vieille. |

The staff were so kind and patient and never got annoyed. They were extremely helpful with every request. The automated check in system. Despite writing to the hotel to tell them to let my colleague into the room as I was arriving 4 hours late, they would not let her into the room as I had booked with my credit card. I arrived late as I first went to visit my father in hospital. Had I known about the automated check-in system I would have warned my colleague not to go so early. |

Excellent location, right next to London Eye and excellent transport connections. Hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. A guaranteed good nights rest. Would recommend to others and be happy to stay again. |

Very spacious and comfortable accomodation with a very high standard of cleanliness and staff attention with an excellent value restaurant in a top location. A relatively minor complaint: the automatic check in did not work because of some syntax problem that staff alleged arose from the way booking.com enter information. It is in any case an impersonal introduction that is a good alternative for those in a hurry but should not be the primary means of registration. |

Comfort of beds and bedding. Heating also very efficient Lifts were a problem on several occasions and broke down or played up we were on the top floor 6 and the fans on the roof were very noisy. The bathroom fan never went off and we had to wear ear plugs |

The beds were super comfortable and the room really spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of food and drinks. It took nearly 30 minutes to activate the safe as the computer system broke down. There is also an extra charge for use of the safe. (£1.50 per day) |

The location is excellent and our room was larger than we needed. We were only there for one night so saw nothing of the hotel apart from the lobby and the room. If we had been there with children, we would have tried the breakfast. Next time. There was no sign to the hotel from the Southbank, so we went the long way round. It would have been nice to have had more than 2 teabags, so we cd have one for breakfast. On arrival we tried to check in using the screens, but as had booked online, did not have the applicable reference number. Staff however were friendly. |

Staff were superb, helpful and friendly. Roon was clean and very comfortable indeed. We requested a quiet room, and they had a note of that and made sure we got one. This really was an excellent hotel. Bath sides were very (unusually) high, and the bath was very slippery (no rubber mat either). This was actually quite dangerous (My husband had to lend me his arm to get in and out, which he would not normally have to do). The bed was also awfully high. Maybe the room was designed by giants! |

Room basic, clean, comfortable. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast with no waiting. Dinner good. Staff invariably very pleasant and helpful. for a central London hotel this was very good value for money. |

Location was good for getting around. Cleaning staff that we saw around the building were pleasant and polite and always had a "hello" or "good morning" Only had dealings with reception staff on arrival and girl not friendly or welcoming. |

We had a problem with a facility in our room,which although late in the eveni ng was eventually sorted but the staff were polite very obliging always happy to help and smiled at you which I think is one of the most important things in a hotel |

The friendly staff - the recently renovated room in which I stayed. Very quiet. A wonderful breakfast area. The telephone system. UK friends and family in Australia were unable to get to the Reception in order to be transferred to me in my room. |

Highly reccomended! The location - so central and convenient. Quiet, traffic free road, but right in the heart of the city. The room-- very spacious, newly refurbished, clean, great bed, spotless bathroom with good size bath, totally preaceful, fantastic views along the Thames, especially at night. I could move permanently into that room! Staff were helpful and efficient.We didn't eat in the restaurant, but it looked good. Because of the refurbishments, the reception area was undergoing work and was always congested. However, it did not trouble us in our room. |
