The staff were very helpful and friendly
The quality of the room, the breakfast food & the general attentiveness of the staff.
Uncomfortably cramped restaurant at breakfast time. When we arrived, the PDQ machines were apparently inoperable after accepting PINs from different payment cards. We therefore had to pay cash but I felt obliged subsequently to take steps to ensure that any card transaction would not be processed. This is not casting aspersions on anything or anyone, just a decision to give me peace of mind.
Good price. Very comfortable and clean room; Great breakfast and evening meals. Exceptional staff, really helpful and very attentive. Will return!
Little noise, but some guests fault.
Short walk from Edgware tube station and free on site parking. The staff were excellent and the WiFi was easily good enough for streaming video. Food in the restaurant was quite good as was the breakfast.
The decor was getting a bit dated and my room showed some wear and tear. Soundproofing between rooms and floors not as good as many other Premier Inn I've stayed in.
Easy to find from M1, good parking facilities, good food and within walking distance of tube and bus station, shops nearby
Wouldn't like the walk to tube if s female on my own, but okay with my husband
I like the staff its so nice , and the beds its comfort , and its clean
didn't like the hotel rooms without phone line ...and no socket next to the bed , feel so upset , if iwant to enquirers of any thing ,should I go down to the reception.to have the answer ,in same time if icame back so tiered iwant make food order no telphon in da room ..ihave to go down ..or iused my mobile ? evry one in da hotel upset of that ..its really should be zero star not three stars ..rubbish hotel .
helpful staff prepared to put themselves out to be helpful.
Friendly staff, parking.
suited my purpose and was idealy situated
Heat in the restaurant and reception in the morning was excessive
Good location not to far from the M1 and close to the tube
Great night's sleep followed by a lovely breakfast.Perfect if you're going to the theatre. 10 min walk to the tube and directly down to Leicester Square in 30 mins. We stayed sat night and allowed to leave car in car park until 6 pm Sunday. Couldn't fault it
Location was very good for getting out of london quickly.
Staff were very helpful Comfortable bed good breakfast
Building looked tired Don't like shower curtains and adjustment for shower at tap height
Very good location. Free parking lovely breakfast. Quite room.
Air con made a notice through the night. And landing lights stay on through the night so could see light under the door from night till morning.
Excellent customer service Good breakfast
The choice of lager and real ale wasn't very good.
The staff were all very friendly
We had pre booked 3 rooms but not been given the option of prepaying on booking.com. Upon arrival with very tired, grumpy teenagers having to process each room individually was not good. The system was extremely slow and unnecessarily long winded. Also website advertised it as 15m from tube: I read this as 15metres not a 15min walk. Being disabled this was an unpleasant surprise
Cannot fault the staff, they were polite and helpful. They dealt with our complaint about the mattress quickly although the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change rooms. They honoured the good night's sleep guarentee so we got a refund on the accomodation price but still paid for breakfast.
Unfortunately the mattress was completely knackered. We had a room on the ground floor next to the road which was busy all night, was like trying to sleep next to the M1. Even the secondary glazing made no difference to the road noise.
- parking - good breakfast (omelettes made to order) - size of room
- didn't sleep all that well - size of tv, needs to be bigger
Staff really helpful Breakfast really good
None to mention
Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially attentive when my young son wasn't well.
Damp smelling bathroom and slow draining sink
Friendly staff;nothing was too much trouble for them including supplying iced water at midnight when we were gasping. A special mention should be made for the breakfast staff. Having travelled widely, we have never seen empty tables cleaned and cleared so quickly at breakfast. Brilliant organisation and efficiency.
Can't think of anything; they have got it right.
needed a room in a convenient location with parking. this provided a great choice for food, and the bed was one of the best we've slept in. staff were very friendly and helpful
Parking is free but it does get overcrowded. 30 mins free wifi every day anywhere in the hotel which is better than just restaurant or bar. I hate doing banking or confidential work in a public hotel area so this is a good plus. Having said this, it would not cost them that much to just add free wifi everywhere. Most hotels do this as the cost is miniscule and the guests greatly appreciate it. Breakfast is good if not a great variety. Chefs make sure they are always replacing food with fresh stuff. This ensures that the quality of breakfast is better here than at most hotels of this category. Location is fair to good but there is a lot of traffic getting to anywhere from here - to be fair this is true of most of London though.
Would be nice to have a phone in room and a fridge. Never enough milk, coffee or towels in room. However no phone to call reception so if you don't check towel situation you would have to get re-dressed and go to reception to ask for extra towels!! Reception Staff friendly but limited as to what they could do for you. Not as good as the staff last year who were frankly brilliant. Breakfast staff lovely and helpful. Overall the staff last year were the difference for me. My stay was not as good as last year and much more expensive.they could do with a change of beds and comfy pillows. Both were too high and hard as! To add to my misery the shower water would not drain which made the bottom of the bath very very slippery. I slipped on more than one ocassion and had to buy a bath mat from the local shop to make sure I didn't break my neck. None of the above would have bothered me if the price was better and there was s small fridge in the room.
Staff really helpful and very attentive.
Heating poor Bed not comfortable, mattress had seen better days. Bathroom looked very shody, in need of repair, light bulb out too. I have stayed in better premier inn's.
