Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal)    

Person on reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Much better so that some other London airport hotels I've stayed at, eg health row Hilton.

It was not easy to negotiate the corridors and heavy doors with two suitcases.

Great location right opposite North Terminal. 5 minutes walk to departures. Good meal deals as well.

Just stayed overnight after late arrival at Gatwick. Everything was perfect. Comfortable room, very good breakfast, helpful staff. The hotel is just across the road from the airport.

We liked the convenience to Airport,the comfort of the beds and the Restaurant on site.

Restaurant served all courses at the same time! Ridulicolous. Starters main and pud together. Said it was the only way they could do it.

Location just perfect- opposite the North Terminal. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff! Huge and comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone! Fantastic value for money !

Waiting time for the lift... Takes quite a while to get to the reception level from the ground floor...

1.Breakfast surroundings, welcome and food. 2.Very comfortable bed.

1.Initial impersonal check-in situation. 2.Being allocated a room with a disability bathroom with a totally inadequate hand-basin which was also set too low for a fit and healthy person. 3. Totally inadequate signage from within the terminals as to the best way to reach the Premier Inn.

Excellent. A huge hotel well organised for the very very busy traffic at Gatwick airport. And a full and excellent breakfast from 4 30 am! The bed and sheets were heavenly.

Where are the signs in the airport to this particular hotel? The lift are very busy, especially if you are in a hurry.

I like everything on this hotel, it's clean, comfortable and accessible to the airport, it's ideal if you have an early morning flight. The receptionist are very helpful.

Our flight into Gatwick was delayed, so we did not check in until after 01.30 am. Despite this, the reception staff were friendly and helpful and we were settled in our room very quickly.

The conveneince to the North Terminal at Gatwick was excellent.

As a first time user, the lift was a bit confusing, and we did go to various floors before we worked out how to use the room key to get it to stop at the right floor.

Convenience for the Airport

We stayed at the Premier Inn Gatwick North on the 6th May and 19th May 2013 and on both occasions I rang the hotel prior to our arrival to arrange a travel cot. On both occasions on arrival there was NO cot in the room - each time we had to chase with Reception and then assemble the cot when it was delivered.

Clean, easy checkin

Lifts are simply bizarre and need to be reprogrammed. Sometimes waited for 10 minutes for a lift. Not good with a push chair and luggage as stairs are out of the question Paid for Internet to use printer only to find it didn't work. When I raised the issue I was told that the computers/printers were outsourced and I could only get my money back via supplier. Ridiculous To be fair, the staff then printed what I needed

Cleanliness, lounge/restaurant areas/ situation for terminal, eating/drinking facilities.

The location to North gatwick terminal and the restaurant Thyme has a great menu, having costa coffee inside hotel is an added bonus as well

Bar/restaurant didn't open until after 5pm
