The room was lovely and had such good glazing that I didn't hear a single plane. The food was excellent and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly.

The self service check was not efficient as the 2 members of staff on duty at around 5pm had to help virtually everyone.

Just a short walk away from the Gatwick Terminal. Very good room and comfortable beds for the price.

I liked the swift check in and check out and liked the idea that airport trolleys could be wheeled to the rooms.

Rooms spacious. "Full size"" bath. Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Excellent breakfasts. Staff friendly. Not over priced. Comfortable bed. Tea making facility.

Ithought the whole experience of staying in the hotel was an excellent one. very easy to get to.staff were very helpful.room was so quiet and a peaceful surrounding compared to the out side at the airport

the only thing I didnt like was the bed. personally I thought it was a bit too hard. Apart from that everything was great

The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

There was a car alarm going off in the car park outside the hotel for roughly an hour and a half during the night. As we only had 5.5 hours to get some sleep this completely ruined our nights sleep and had a knock on effect on the following day in Berlin (which was my husbands 30th birthday). When I phoned reception they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they had ear plugs and they said not at reception and they weren't sure abut the vending machines, so I had to go down stairs in my pyjamas in the night to see if there were any in the machines, and there was not. Perhaps you could consider either keeping the at reception or putting them in the vending machines?

Poorly trained staff at the bar, lots of people sprawled out all over the place in bar and restaurant

Impersonal service at auto check in. TV is a small monitor and the wifi connection is poor.

Convenience to airport

On registration I was having difficulty with the automatic checking that I had never used before. I thought the reception was very impatient. Fortunately, another employee noticed that we. We're confused and offered to help.

It was in a great location and was a lovely hotel.

We arrived at 1.30am and were woken up at 8am by a cleaner entering our room. Surely in this day and age there should be a way that staff can check if a room has been vacated or not? I complained to reception. I would have rated staff as excellent if it had not been for that.
