The staff at reception in the actual Premier Inn were extremely helpful & very courteous. The room was very comfortable
I found the lighting very poor in walking from the Premier Inn establishment to the local bus stop on Central Parade. It was very dark and I would not have walked if I was on my own in the evening. There was lighting but I believe that the shruberry was very overgrown & therefore blocking the light. We had a meal on our arrival on Friday evening, where my husband requested that the rump steaks be cooked well-done. But both steaks were well done on the outside but were virtually pink on the inside which we didnt eat.We ate our french fries & onion rings, paid in full and left the restaurant. My husband didnt complain as it was the beginning of our weekend away but we decided not to have any other evening meal at the premises during our stay.
Staff really helpful
Shower very weak, like getting rained on!
Great hotel , and staff couldnt do enough for us .... We stayed in restaurant next door for evening meal & breakfast .. food was lovely...no complaints from us !!!
Great service, polite and helpful staff and comfy bed! The receptionist was very polite and helpful in giving us directions and the main tourist attractions and also enabled us to check in early. Also, the bed and pillows were very comfy. Highly recommend!
The room. Helpful staff.
Breakfast. Was expecting hot buffet breakfast. Instead you had to order it. Could do with more WiFi.
undergoing renovations, a bit noisy, but no inconvenience and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Ease of access for tube and free parking. Staff were Really friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and bed really comfortable
I truely believe that due to the on going building works this hotel is inhabitable. Anyone with even the slightest allergy against building dust should be very wary. To just take bookings and hope every thing is going to be ok is just not acceptable
Nothing, it's a health hazard
Ease of access from the West Location close to parks and golf course Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The food and drinks in the 'wacky warehouse' next door were reasonable.
Very little options for alternative food and drink in walking distance unless Starvin Marvins appeals.
Well refurbished room. Welcoming staff. Easy to find. Car park
Carpet still had builders rubble left in places! No hair dryer - didn't ask reception for one as taken own!
The pillows, and bed were the most comfortable I've ever slept on
I love the beds, cleanliness, silence of the entire property really. Quite easy to get to central london via perivale underground, 9 mins walk away.
Not too easy to find in the night, closest shops are about 6 min walk so its abit inconvenient but very bearable/
Bed Peace Car park Location Breakfast
Leave the building to get to breakfast
The location and having Fayre And square, breakfast excellent
There was nothing to dislike
Good location for what I needed
Poor lighting, couldn't open the window only one available power point kettle was dangerous!
the staff were excellent and helpful
dirty rooms and poor breakfast
The bed was unbelievably comfy, I stay in London once a month and this hotel has by far got the best beds
There was only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel between 2 of us
Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel in the room. No box of tissues. Much cheaper places do better.
Handy for the tube. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too!
We were a family of 4. My husband slept on the pull out bed and compared it to a tombstone! Hard to say the least. 4 of us in 1 room was cramped. I've stayed in other Premier Inns as a business traveller and stayed in larger rooms alone.
Convenient for London and surrounding areas
Having to pay each day for internet, which was not very good.
Clean Comfy Good value
Would have liked drinking water in the room on arrival and noisy bathroom fan
comfortable quiet staff
Very friendly staff! Food was great!
Very bad rottening smell! Very loud noises coming from outside! Very small bed and tv signal is poor! Wifi was charged for extra and considering the fact that i have paid £300 for 2 nights was shocking!
