Score from 346 reviews Good
Ease of access for tube and free parking. Staff were Really friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and bed really comfortable
I truely believe that due to the on going building works this hotel is inhabitable. Anyone with even the slightest allergy against building dust should be very wary. To just take bookings and hope every thing is going to be ok is just not acceptable
Nothing, it's a health hazard
Ease of access from the West Location close to parks and golf course Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The food and drinks in the 'wacky warehouse' next door were reasonable.
Very little options for alternative food and drink in walking distance unless Starvin Marvins appeals.
Well refurbished room. Welcoming staff. Easy to find. Car park
Carpet still had builders rubble left in places! No hair dryer - didn't ask reception for one as taken own!
The pillows, and bed were the most comfortable I've ever slept on
I love the beds, cleanliness, silence of the entire property really. Quite easy to get to central london via perivale underground, 9 mins walk away.
Not too easy to find in the night, closest shops are about 6 min walk so its abit inconvenient but very bearable/
Bed Peace Car park Location Breakfast
Leave the building to get to breakfast
The location and having Fayre And square, breakfast excellent
There was nothing to dislike
Good location for what I needed
Poor lighting, couldn't open the window only one available power point kettle was dangerous!
the staff were excellent and helpful
dirty rooms and poor breakfast
The bed was unbelievably comfy, I stay in London once a month and this hotel has by far got the best beds
There was only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel between 2 of us
Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel in the room. No box of tissues. Much cheaper places do better.
Handy for the tube. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too!
We were a family of 4. My husband slept on the pull out bed and compared it to a tombstone! Hard to say the least. 4 of us in 1 room was cramped. I've stayed in other Premier Inns as a business traveller and stayed in larger rooms alone.
Convenient for London and surrounding areas
Having to pay each day for internet, which was not very good.
Clean Comfy Good value
Would have liked drinking water in the room on arrival and noisy bathroom fan
comfortable quiet staff
Very friendly staff! Food was great!
Very bad rottening smell! Very loud noises coming from outside! Very small bed and tv signal is poor! Wifi was charged for extra and considering the fact that i have paid £300 for 2 nights was shocking!
Friendly staff, lovely clean rooms. The nearest station is just a 5 minute walk away and you're on the Central Line straight into the city.
Evening shift staff was not friendly, She was very rude , helpless, we booked three rooms but We did not got what we booked without any information from hotel staff breakfast was not good either and was too expencive.
big car park, good place for sleep, children playing ground, garden for leisure, free breakfast for kids, very good heater and very friendly of the youngest man at the reception as of my departure.
My credit card awaits a charge whiles bills already paid, far from tube station, extra charge for restaurant service, bed sheet delayed for change,no fridge in room, corridor floors makes too much noise as people pass by,noise heard in adjacent rooms of other colleaques clients and expensive wi-fi service.
Banging off doors loud babies crying all night
Everything. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home! The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent all round.
What is not to like?
