Comfortable bed. Lovely, clean bathroom facilities.
Easy to find and plenty of parking. As with all Premier Inns, you know exactly what you're getting. There are also good restaurant facilities.

It would be good to have a small fridge in the room (we were in the family room). The shower head was fixed, we used to the flexible one. The breakfast was not too remarkable, the selection could be much more woder.
The room was very clear, cleaning was regular and thorough, the room and the bed itself was very comfortable. The staff was nice, and supportable (except in the restraurant, the lady was not too nice, and forgot to bring what we requested).

Great location, lovely reception staff, the lady who was the there both nights was so friendly and helpful.. Credit to the hotel.. Very spacious family room compared to many family rooms we've stayed in.. Clean bathroom and comfortable temperature in the room.. And a well lit make up mirror!! Hallelujah!!

There was about 20 of us that stayed here, all from Ireland and we found the service brilliant the only problem was we were to far away for a bit of shopping and it cost a lot of money in Taxi's. Charles looked after us and he was very helpful.

Nothing with the hotel except its a bit awkward to get to coming into London due to Western Road being a dual carriageway and you have to go out of your way to get to the Premier Inn side.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room very quiet, relaxing and comfortable. A Fayre and Square pub next door handy for the excellent breakfasts and evening meals

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the bed really comfortable and the room clean as always. We haven't stayed at a Premier Inn yet that has disappointed us. Have stayed at more expensive hotels that haven't been as clean or the staff as friendly. The location is very good for tube access into the center of London. Getting to and from the hotel couldn't be easier without a lot of traffic to contend with. We've stayed here twice now and will definitely stay again next time we're in London.

Quality of the bed. Facilities within the room. Cleanliness. Breakfast offer.
7 December 2014
The rooms seem like new, were spotless, bed really comfortable and not noisy considering we were on the western avenue!! We did have a room at the back - worth requesting on booking

The location was ideal for us as we went to a party at Ealing Golf Club. The staff were very efficient and friendly.

I found the lighting very poor in walking from the Premier Inn establishment to the local bus stop on Central Parade. It was very dark and I would not have walked if I was on my own in the evening. There was lighting but I believe that the shruberry was very overgrown & therefore blocking the light. We had a meal on our arrival on Friday evening, where my husband requested that the rump steaks be cooked well-done. But both steaks were well done on the outside but were virtually pink on the inside which we didnt eat.We ate our french fries & onion rings, paid in full and left the restaurant. My husband didnt complain as it was the beginning of our weekend away but we decided not to have any other evening meal at the premises during our stay.
The staff at reception in the actual Premier Inn were extremely helpful & very courteous. The room was very comfortable
