I loved the quality, value for money, excellent service (lman receptionist was fab) restaurant next door selling great food at good value price, lovely outdoor area, grass, tables etc and there is also an indoor play area for children. Parking no problem and free. Close to tube station of Perivale 6 mins walk. Nothing I did not like.

Hotel itself was great for us, close to the tube and comfortable. The attached building - (can't bring myself to call it a restaurant!). Very poor.

Price and location. The restaurant next door had dirty seating and is in need of re-covering. It really let down the place as the food was good but I was more concerned with how dirty my clothing would be after sitting there.

All the staff I encountered were very good, the bed was comfortable, the place was spotlessly clean and the rate I paid was reasonable value for London. Parking outside was covered by CCTV and I enjoyed my breakfast at the pub next door. Dim lighting in the room, poor quality toilet paper, no biscuits on the hospitality tray (and no way of getting any). All the above would be easy and relatively inexpensive to fix. Not having stayed in another Premier Inn recently I don't know if these are local or chain-wide issues.

I've been to many Premier-Inns in England and i've never been disappointed, the staff always make you feel welcome. I tend to stick with them first, when i'm at a certain location and would only go elsewhere, if the nearest one was fully-booked. The location was the only criticism, but i guess that's what you get when it's located off a motorway-type road. It's fine if you're driving in and the lack of signs could make you miss the turn quite easily, but it's worse if you're not driving and i had to walk at the crossover bridge, which is highly intimidating, when you're feeling the whoosh of the motor-vechules making you feel a little off-balance, whilst crossing over. The hotel itself is fine, once you eventually get there.

Location to where I was carrying out the business. Two things! 1/ The vending machine broke and I reported it to Simone the female receptionist who couldn't help ... because she'd rather cavort and fool around with the night porter! 2/ My booking through Booking. com - I required a double room for one person, and required breakfast for one, except the booking made to the hotel was made for two people, and I was charged for two people. The restaurant manageress advised that she would get it refunded, but when I contacted the reception and spoke to Rafia it was my fault, I'd booked it and there was nothing that she could do and refused point blank to refund. I spoke to the Manageress again who advised she will look into it - but I think that was only because I was leaving on the same day I reported it again to her.
