Great bed and clean comfortable room
Lack of parking
No shaver socket
staff lovely and professional. Main bed lovely and comfortable, nice room, top breakfast on the whole a really nice stay and a good memory.
Childs bed was a little uncomfortable
Everything was ok
The parking was fully booked when I rung but the lady on the phone said if we turned up they would advise us on where was good to park. When we turned up the people on reception said their parking was full and when we asked if there was any where close by we could park they didn't know where to advise. So we had to work it out on our own, it wouldn't have been such a problem if we wasn't told on the phone they would help us out.
Easy walking distance from DLR/Tube/mainline station. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast and good evening meal choice too.
Not the fault of the hotel, but we were woken by banging and loud talking by other guests at 4am on the Sat and 2am on the Sunday. We had a first floor room, maybe a different floor would have helped. Mentioned to staff and they were very apologetic.
That the staff did all they could to help me and my husband get tickets for different attractions and allowed me to print them off
Breakfast service was understaffed whilst we stayed unfortunately
The Staff were so helpful and friendly. the cleaniness The breakfast was lovely ,A very pleasant stay
I Could not find any fault
The bathroom smelled badly, which made the entire room smell. I think the pipes were not working properly.
If you require a bed in a warm, comfortable hotel for a stay in Greenwich = perfect. No frills and fancies but what they do they do well. Restaurant manager (?), young Guy with pony tail impressed us a lot, don't go by appearance, he was brilliant.
Only negative thing was the lack of a parking bay while you registered. Yellow lines everywhere and you can't get in to the car park without registering. No sign to tell you to pull up and register, good job I had my wife along to drop her off and find out the procedure - i.e. park on the double yellow lines while you register. Appraently the council won't let them have a layby - ridiculous!
Everything except: breakfast (didn't try it) restaurant (didn't try it) WiFi (damned if I'm paying for it)
30 minutes free wifi, then £3/24 hours. Why not free/24h?
Almost perfectly insulated rooms Close to Greenwich Park, The O2, Greenwich train station etc. Friendly/helpful staff Good breakfast Easy to find Nice selection of drinks at their bar, not very expensive either
Neighbourhood is not the prettiest but it still is safe Lack of options for lunch/dinner around the hotel Simple steakhouse menu for their restaurant Telephone signal weak/non-existent in some areas of the hotel
Friendly welcome from staff once again - we have stayed at Greenwich before. Love the bed - would love to know make as we need to buy a new bed and would certainly buy a similar one. Great selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay again and would recommend.
Nothing negative to report.
Fantastic, the best premier inn we have stayed at by far.
Nothing,no bad points
The staff are excellent, always helpful and friendly. I didn't get all the names but the waiting staff are fantastic led by Natalia, and the receptionist Linda always greets you with a smile.
The pillows are not that great despite what Lenny Henry says!
Friendly and efficient reception staff.
Hotels guests having to pay for WiFi if using over 30min a day. Expect hotels to provide free WiFi these days.
Clean. Excellent food good dinner deal. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Fine no problems.
Tried ringing hotel en route a couple of times, no one answered
- staff excellent - breakfast and evening meals well priced and tasted good - location good for O2 which was where we were needing to go during the majority of our stay
- nothing, all pretty good. Like most premier inns, you get exactly what it says on the tin!
Friendly staff as we always find in Premier Inns. Lovely large family room and quiet.
Very polite and helpful staff, cleanliness throughout, lighting in the room, also number of power points, number of well situated mirrors in the room. Having a decent sized bath and shower. Reasonably priced drinks, good breakfast.
I found the bed a bit hard, but prefer that to a saggy bed.
Yet another great stay with Premier Inn. The staff were fantastic.
Staff v helpful and polite. It is a great location for Greenwich. Restaurant is great for the price - lots of choice and good food.
Pillows aren't that soft! We had an issue with parking - make sure you get confirmation when you book. However Manager was poor in helping us whereas Linda saw how difficult this was and did everything she could to resolve the issue. Thank you
Reasonable proximity to station with links to all services. Short walk to Greenwich with a good selection of places to eat. Very well catered breakfast buffet.
I especially like the restaurant. and that goes for all the new-built Premier Inns. Very good food for a reasonable charge
I did not like that there were no parking. Was told I could park on road after 18.00 which I did but it took me a long time to find a space.
