Easy to walk to station, Cutty Sark, market. Excellent breakfast.
Large, comfortable and quiet room with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. All clean and everything working. The usual helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfasts and excellent location. Full of contented families and business people. Amazing value for London. Secure car parking reasonable for London.
Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The food at the restaurant was generous in size and delicious!
The bathrooms are on the small side for a family room, also hardly any space to hang up bath towels.
Very clean and comfortable.
No coffee / tea in room. Cooked breakfast was terrible (cold and tasteless). Save your money and eat somewhere else.
1 girl Evelyn on check in good and young English host girl excellent
Manager useless never took charge guy long hair breakfast waste of space sleeves rolled up doing nothing
It was our first stay at the Premire Inn chain and we really liked it. Reception staffs were very willing to help. The family room was quite spacious with adequate supplies provided. We kept the car at the underground private parking lot and comfortably took the DLR/Tube to central London. We had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel and it was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise .
Nothing I can think of.
Staff courtesy and kindness. Good food both breakfasts and dinners. Soft beds. Quiet room.
WI-FI to be paid for (even if at low rate).
Very good breakfast
A bit expensive (which is normal for London), the service and some extras were a bit too impersonal (self check-in, internet only for pay - and you couldn't just book one session)
Bed , staff, location for event
Tea coffee facilities were poor Bathroom smelt of cigarettes
Reception and waiting staff very friendly and efficient.
Dining room very busy in evening. We had to wait for nearly an hour for a table on one occasion.
Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, lovely food, clean & near to train station
Having to pay for Wifi
The reception staff were excellent
Wouldn't have wanted to queue so long for breakfast.
The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
Staff extremely friendly and interested in ensuring we enjoyed our stay.
We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was just average although the atmosphere and service was excellent.
Helpful staff..there was a delay in getting keys but we were offered coffee and a free breakfast
The hotel was very conveniently situated near both train stations and bus stops. The staff were friendly and helpful and the view of Deptford Creek was a good and interesting one.
It would have been nice to have vegetarian sausages out on the breakfast buffet along with the other breakfast items, to avoid having to order them specially (although it is appreciated that they are available). The bathroom did not seem to have a working extractor fan, so became quite steamed up when showers were being taken.
We booked as part of a wedding party. The staff were very helpful in getting rooms ready for early check in for various guests and for organising car parking spaces. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was much appreciated.
Proximity to destination, friendly staff
Noise at night, people and cars outside reception echoed up into room.
Staff were excellent. As a base for a visitor the hotel is great.
Despite what Lenny Henry might say the mattresses in our room were hard (verging on uncomfortable) for a good nights sleep.
Lack of twin rooms
Cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff
I like the space in the rooms. There is room to move around comfortably in my wheelchair and the bathroom is excellent

It was my first time staying at premier inn Greenwich and was really happy with all aspects. The hotel was spotless and the best bed i have ever slept on. Highly recommend the breakfast, good variety and as much as you want. staff were very friendly and willing to help if needed anything. Can't fault the hotel at all would definitely stay there again.
Clean and well equipped room and good choice at breakfast. Very pleasant welcoming staff
At busy times a bit of a delay in acquiring coffee from a machine at breakfast due to only one machine available
