プレミア イン ロンドン グリニッジ (Premier Inn London Greenwich)  

Greenwichの駅からLondonまで思ったより近いし、交通の便が悪くない。テムズ川の船でLon- donまで行くこともでき、川からのLondonの眺めもかなり良い。 ホテルの部屋も他の同等レベルのホテルに比べ広い。安いのに朝食が他と比べて悪くない。有料となっていた駐- 車場がただで利用できた。満足できたホテルです。

Greenwichの駅から少し遠い。（徒歩７分程度？）

シャワールームは広かったが、古かった。 アメニティは何もなかった。 wifiが有料だった。

Staff - friendly crew, both: front desk and the restaurant. Location - I had a seminar in Excell Centre. Easy to get wherever you have to go with DLR train. Silence :)

I've stayed in the hotel one week - breakfast was very limited if it's going about the greens. No fresh vegetables :/

Family room has a nice size, clean room, excellent breakfast, attentive staff.Real value for money.

The extra bed is very unconfortable even for a kid.

Everything! Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room, hot water constantly.

Couldn't fault it. If there had to be one thing it would be internet. Meant to get 30 mins free every day but couldn't get it after the first day.

Receptionist at check-in (Linda) was superb and really helpful. Excellent! Room was clean and usual pi fare.

Restaurant told me they were full, and that all the empty tables I was looking at were reserved. Took me in after 30 minute wait, only to make me wait a full 50 minutes before getting any service. Throughout the evening, the empty tables remained empty! I don't think they were telling the truth - just understaffed.

Large comfortable room and bed. Clean bathroom facilities. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Car parking excellent. Superbly friendly staff. Close to train facility to get into London quickly and cheaply.

This hotel was perfectly located for going to an event at the O2. Staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was well insulated with aircon and there was no road noise. Greenwich is within ten minutes walk.

We had breakfast in the hotel during our stay. The waiting staff were friendly but both of our orders were messed up in the kitchen and the cooked breakfast was quite dry and sloppily presented, not of the usual standard you get at premiere inn. Other diners appeared to have the same problem and were sending their plates back.

The excellent helpful and friendly service given by Winnell in the B/Fast Restaurant and Linda in Reception made our weeks stay most enjoyable, The breakfasts were superb

The staff couldn't have been more helpfull. The rooms were spotless. The location was ideal for out visit to the O2 arena and for sightseeing in London. If ever I'm visiting London again, I'll be booking in here. Oh... and the breakfast was fantastic. Thank you Premier Inn.

The hotel was in a great position and close to the dlr, it was very clean and modern and the bar and resturant were excellent

When I initially booked, there was an error in my booking in the only 2 breakfasts were booked for 4 adults. After many phone calls before our trip, pi agreed to honor the rate I was quoted and add the 2 extra breakfasts (I was quoted the price for 4 adults b&b, but thats not what had been put on your system). I was told that the hotel would be aware and that notes were on my booking but I had to explain the situation 3 times in the duration of our stay as the booking system showed thay one of our rooms still owed £16.50 for breakfast. Only on the final time of explaining, a staff member called Victoria understood the situation and gave us a complimentry breaskfast. The staff previous to her were rude and patronising about the situation and did not want to seem to resolve it, just stood looking at the screen saying that we would have to pay in before we checked out. Dissapointing and embarressing as a queue was forming behind us. I should have not had to do this 3 times when I thought I had already resolved the matter over the phone prior to arriving.

Facilities,rooms,food were adequate for the type of hotel

Staff were disinterested,pre booked car parking was not reserved, pre booked table for dinner was not reserved, very poor service at the reception, bar and resturant. Overall a very poor level of service from the staff who really didnt seem to care about the customers at all.

Room was way too hot, with no windows that would open and a thermostat that would not go below 17c. The whole time I was in my room i just wore my pants as the room was just too hot and dry

friendly, clean and efficient

The room was stuffy and it felt like there was no air. I had the fan on full and turned the heat down as low as possible (would not go below 17 degrees). I feel the cold so that is how bad it was. I felt suffocated - this is not something I suffer from usually so was definitely the room at fault. The windows would not open to let the air in.

The location was very good, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly - in particular one of the receptionists called Linda.
