The staff are lovely and very helpful
Some parts look shabby but I understand that some refurbishment is in progress
Not a lot, room was average.
Very expensive for what you get. Best Western hotels are better quality and much cheaper. Also this Premier Inn never has £29 deals at any time of the year. Also the rates go up on a daily basis. It might be Hampstead but I do not want to buy the hotel only rent a room for a night at a reasonable price especially when my wife has to come into the royal free hospital on a regular basis and I have to find accommodation because we have to travel up from Devon.
Great value for money. Excellent standard of customer service. The staff genuinely were eager to help and were so polite and happy...so rare to experience this these days! Good food and drinks menu/prices.
Easy to check in. Lovely quiet and comfortable rooms. Fabulous staff. This hotel made our WE extra special. :-)
Quiet, very comfy beds, handy for Tube, friendly and helpful staff
Position very very good. Staff helpful and friendly
Rooms on the small side, but just adequate.
- very kind personnel - comfortable bed - nice room
staff- helpfull & very nice cleaness northern tube line free wifi (new)!!! supermarket nearby
Member of kitchen staff very helpful re: extra milk and decaf coffee (which wasn't already in the room).
Had to have disabled room as they were full. Had room1. No decaf coffee, bed was very uncomfortable, shower was blocked and as it was a wet room the whole floor would flood if using the shower. Completely unacceptable noise from an air conditioning compressor right outside the window. Went on all night, no sleep. Desk staff argued about giving me my money back under the sleep guarantee until the manager appeared.
The location (Belsize Park) was excellent. The staff were always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.
We went in the period between Christmas and New Year, and the prices were disproportionately high.
There was no hot water in the morning so I couldnt have a shower,
close to metro station Belsize Park, breakfast and staff
Free internet not always working and very slow
Price should include breakfast
Gentlemen on front desk were great as were the staff at breakfast
Having to pay parking at24 pounds
one lift could not get down to reception, telephone in room not working. the inners fell out of the electric kettle. a bit mean with tea bags etc.looking elswere for next time
Staff we're helpful and great location for tube and walk to Camden market.
Room being upgraded and had to ask for many items, but staff friendly and sorted quickly. only enough tea bags and milk for one drink each. Also bar closes at 11pm along with all other pubs :(
4 metro stops to Kings cross good breakfast, amthough expensive, but that's London quiet blinds for the night room warm enough
price, but that's London, again :) free internet so weak you cant use it
Next to the Metro station; good and abundant breakfast (free for children); confortable rooms; polite personnel
Hair dryer not available in the room presently
Easy to reach by public transport.Good selection of pubs cafes etc nearby.
Convenience of location
A very poor night's sleep for the first night which was rectified by dealing with the mattress problem before the second night and to give credit where due and following my request to head office the first night's charge was refunded
Breakfast; Location; Clean and comfortable
No Hairdryer ! I asked on two occasions and staff were very off hand in these instances. I was told to return later which did not suit me so this was a bit disappointing.
The staff where very helpful. Had a little wait at check in while they found a room. But they gave us free drinks for our wait. So very happy. Location is excellent for travelling to town and a ten minute walk from Camden market.
Room very clean Close to underground station Adjoining car park Excellent breakfast
Access from street through restaurant needed refurbishment - very scruffy.
Ideal location to 'tube' into the City, easy parking, excellent breakfast, good value for money
Only gripe - the male receptionist who insisted in addressing all his remarks on checking in to my husband, although booking was in my name and I was paying!!
