Kindness of employees Breakfast Good location Relatively quiet
Time to be served at dinner not satisfying. Even with 2 or 3 tables tooke very long to be served. definetely the worst part of our stay !
spacious room and a great breakfast
Closeness to tube Quietness of hotel Great food at restaurant
The reception was friendly and relaxed. The room was very nice and the bed first class.
The restaurant was in state of chaos. The food, when it arrived, was good. But it took forever. We sat down at 8.30. The main course arrived at 9.50. I ordered a starter, to be told 45 minutes later that they had run out of that item. The bar took forever to serve you. The very few staff on duty did their best, but they were overwhelmed by the small number of people dining.
Staff was very helpful, i could say a bit to much, as soon as we got in the lady at the reception she was on our case helping us with everything.
It is situated very near a tube connection on the central line
The staff were fantastic! They were friendly, professional and went far beyond the call of duty to be helpful and accommodating. In particular, the following front desk staff members scored 11 out of 10: Alex, Druhti, Dean, Roger. The management, Ed and Fabian, and restaurant staff (too many to mention by name) were equally commendable. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel confortable and at home.
Outside calls could not be transferred to the guest rooms. This is a MAJOR flaw that made it difficult and expensive (incurred international cell phone charges to make local calls) to communicate and coordinate with local friends.
Friendliness, value for money, closeness to tube, food- particularly evening meal
I love the fact that it is within my budget, I got a promo from Booking.com on my New Year's Eve travel in London, does not really matter the fact that it is bit far from the city center, you can reach the hotel, exactly 3 minutes away from the tube station gate! And the fact that it is very clean is just amazin :)
Well, not much that I did not like, I found everything I need
The staff, the cleaness, the localization and the bathroom.
Forthcoming and very helpful staff. Excellent and quiet location just close to tube station.
The value for money, distance from the underground station and the short distance into central London were all great at this hotel.
As a young couple we didn't feel too safe exploring outside the hotel at night. Seamed to be a few dodgy characters around the tube station just outside the hotel.
the staff , place and breakfast was real good.
no safe box in the room.we've get robed!!!
Easy to find. Good to travel to London.
A little pricey- but possibly due to winter holidays.
Secure parking Easy to get to wembley arena Easy access to motorways
Breakfast buffet cold Double glazing not thick enough ( gear emergency vehicles sirens ) Rooms cold on arrival
We had a great pre xmas break. Able to get in to the city easily and came home to a comfortable room that had all we needed for a short family break. Good breakfast provision. Easy access to tube station.
We had one evening meal in the restaurant. The food was ok, fish, chips burgers, lasagne etc. the issue was that we waited for 50 mins for our food to be brought to the table. We were give numerous apologies and were offered complimentary coffees or sweets. We did decline as I had lost the will to live by this point.
The good points about the hotel were: polite , helpful and friendly staff always---Quiet and spacious rooms (no noise from traffic or neighbors). Excellent buffet breakfast. choose park royal underground not the other one for people who come with luggage (10 mins walk).
The negative issues were: no cupboard in room or anything to unpack clothes from a suitcase and arrange them somewhere...they just had a small draw i presume for those people on the road/overnight stay --- no safe deposit in room-- Internet connections ""broke down"" upon arrival and day before leaving---no room service (had to go down to the bar and pick up my 2 course meal for 2 with a tray)---on Dec 20 night requested mince pies or XMAS pudding (since I was not living in uk but had nostalgic memories of our British traditional savories) they said they did not do this item!!.No "clean up room" sign to hang outside the door! therefore twice we came back in the late evening and room was not done. we were told the first time that we have to inform reception...second time left in a hurry and forgot to inform..short of staff. some seen with multiple tasks in kitchen, restaurant, reception, bar all in one day . also staff overworked in the morning and evenings always have to wait in line at reception about 5 mins.---their reception is a joke should be in guiness book of records ! it's only about 1 meter wide (basically like a school desk) and on it they have the pc, telephone answering system, cash etc during my 6 days stay , i saw some on the job continuously for 36 hrs at least..hard work for the staff and keeping a smile on their face at all times.A big bravo to them !!
ease of check-in friendliness of staff comfort of room tea making facilities lack of noise at night! value for money both accommodation and meals
access to the hotel from A406 is very close to the roundabout, easy to miss
Staff can't do enough for you Great location Great bedding Convenient car park
The staff went over and beyond when we broke down and had to stay at this hotel. They helped us arrange taxis to finish our journey to see the x-factor, helped us with transport issues and kept the kids happy at dinner time and breakfast. The room was clean and provided us with everything we needed (seeing as we weren't planning on staying the night) and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in!
Nothing was an excellent stay I couldn't fault anything.
Parking available Tube station opposite Huge rooms Very quiet Helpful and friendly staff
