ease of check-in friendliness of staff comfort of room tea making facilities lack of noise at night! value for money both accommodation and meals
access to the hotel from A406 is very close to the roundabout, easy to miss
Staff can't do enough for you Great location Great bedding Convenient car park
The staff went over and beyond when we broke down and had to stay at this hotel. They helped us arrange taxis to finish our journey to see the x-factor, helped us with transport issues and kept the kids happy at dinner time and breakfast. The room was clean and provided us with everything we needed (seeing as we weren't planning on staying the night) and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in!
Nothing was an excellent stay I couldn't fault anything.
Parking available Tube station opposite Huge rooms Very quiet Helpful and friendly staff
Breakfast was excellent Location seconds from tube station was very important with small children Staff very helpful
Location right by Tube Free Parking
Room at front noisy from road Room 242 was adisabled room, not suitable for able bodied people over 6ft tall, and due to size of bathroom, without any heating in it, it was cold too.
Location was perfect, it's just few steps outside the tube station. Breakfast was excellent, with multiple options for everyone. Pleasant staff
Doing self check in - this is only for low rate hotels, this is very unfriendly
Location to tube Comfort of rooms Parking availability
Slow meal service Slow Wi-Fi
close to hanger lane tube station.
beds very close together as 4 sleeping.
The bed is one of the best that I have slept in and had a greats night sleep. The bar man that was serving on the Saturday night was one of the politest staff working there and could not do enough.
One of the waiting staff completely ignored us when we was waiting to be seated in the restaurant and the was overheard telling another member of staff that it was because there was no clean tables. I would have preferred for her to inform us of this instead of leaving us waiting!! Also being told upon arrival that the room had only been booked for one adult and two children instead of two adults and two children. Then being told that I would need to pay extra for the other adult to eat breakfast as the price did not include this.
Very comfortable bed. Great location - easy to reach central London. Late checkout is a real boon
Staff very helpful, Food and Breakfast just fantastic! The Premier bar was great and stayed open late.
Cannot fault this Premier Inn.
Very clean easy to find
Had to pay for wifi
Rooms were clean, facilities excellent. We would recommend this hotel, providing the issues we encountered, documented in 'What didn't you like' are taken into account and addressed.
Staff confusion over our deal which had been made thru Booking.com. We booked 2 rooms at the price of £164 excluding breakfast. On arrival we found 2 disabled rooms had been reserved, which we did not ask for. Reception staff then found 1 room at the agreed price, which we put our baggage into and told us the 2nd would be available later in the day. When we returned in the evening, the charge for the 2nd room was £121, compared to £82 for the first room. We had to discuss this with the staff and it took 5 minutes for them to agree we should only be charged what we had agreed with Booking.Com (£82). This was embarrasing and unnecessary and needs to be addressed.
I liked the friendly and helpful staff. Because of the location of the hotel I have stayed there often. For those paying the cheap rate, value is very good. For those paying top prices, I think management could do better.
I stayed there during a time when there were no DEALS being offered and the rates were high. So I did not like the fact there was no food outlet open when I arrived and I had to go to a shop next door and buy a sandwich. This is not providing service nor hospitality. Shame!
Good accommodation with restaurant. close to tube station. parking onsite
Room was available early with the beds set up for the children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The secure car park meant we were not worried about our car whilst visiting London.
A new member of restaurant staff was being trained which meant that we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table at breakfast. The stand for the TV in the bedroom was broken which meant the TV couldnt be repositioned, though it was usable it was at a funny angle.
Closeness to subway and main route. Breakfast. Friendly staff that went out of their way to please and help. Great powerful shower.
The beds the room the bar and the breakfasts
Too many staff were not English speaking
The room was clean and comfy and it was big enough for 5 people.
Paying for wi-fi and parking
Careful about the directions to the carpark.
Great hotel staff, cheerful Tube station is 50 m away. Hanger Lane. Great breakfast. Cheap carpark
far away from city centre. but close to airport. Altough I booked the room with breakfast, I had to pay breakfast seperately.
Staff were helpful espically on reception.
Having to wait over half an hour to get a drink while waiting over a hour for food even though we had booked table. No one came over to explain they were short staffed!!!
