friendly helpsfull staff
One of the staff told us about Park Royal Station,Which was a bit further away than Hangar Lane station, but getting trains from here was easier for Wembley & the City
Convenience to public transportation
breakfast was overpriced. Should have a continental option.
One of the highest internet speeds I have ever experienced. Very clean, prim and proper room. Nicely located at Hangerlane traffic interchange.
It was really great for me and my family - we had a fabulous time at an affordable price
It is clean and nice staff
It is noisy and uou can hear people running or walking in the hallway plus if people closing their doors you will hear it loudly and you can not sleep
Exccellent location near two tube stations - 20-30 mins to get to Westminster. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Close to grocery stores should you need to buy something. Big buffet for brekfast...
Bit more vegetables for breakfast would be great.
close to tube, fast check in
bad small rooms, employees are unmotivated, rooms were not cleaned every day
Only stayed overnight. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Located right next to tube station, which is handy.
Room, staff services great! Clean, friendly - all good !
Continental breakfast not so great - but coffee was very good! Maybe you should for it as guests come down to eat. We were in a rush & had paid for breakfast but didn't have time to sit down & eat :(
The calm atmosphere of living area
The bathroom linen
Excellent staff, very helpful, Quiet even being located on a highway, Comfortable sleep, Good breakfast, Good restaurant. Little bit far from the center, but very close to two subway stations.
Expensive for a budget hotel but demand drives the prices and I think is the best you can have for your money.
Nit the firstbtime and not the last hopefully we will stay in that hotel. It has everything a family would need.
Distance from the center. Ingen organiserad travel to airport like airport shuttle for example but the reserved an ordinary taxi for us
I was visiting London on business and stayed 4 nights at the Premier on Hanger Lane. The room was clean, the bathroom facilities were excellent, the room was very quite, the breakfast was fantastic and above all the staff were very welcoming. Overall many stars for this hotel :-)
2 things: 1. These days wifi is avaible free of cost in almost all hotels. Should be for Premier Inn as well but was requested £3 for 24 hours. 2. The room should have a comfortable chair. Mine had a desk chair which was a little uncomfortable.
staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, near to tube station Restaurant serves good food Location has nearby shops for most needed items
atitude of he stafff
attitude of office satff and customer relation
Size of rooms, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, good standard of food. Reasonable prices generally.
Self-serve check in (prefer to deal with a person). Remote control for television did not work and unable to watch TV. Parking for car at £7 per night excessive (seemed to be subsidising cost of room)!
Location good. Rooms comfortable and clean. Good value.
First dinner, didn't get served for over an hr. When food arrived, fish n chips cold and had to be re-ordered. Pasta dish only warm in middle, but our younger daughter too hungry to re-order. Breakfast opened 10 min late, causing us to miss U train.Kitchen staff inefficient.
Closeness to tube stop Excellent english breakfast
No free wifi Far from london city center
Perfect position since the central Line is literally down the stairs. Freindly and professinal staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean. Mettopolitana proprio fuori dall'albergo. Personale molto efficiente. Ottima colazione. Pulito!
If uou get there by car, pay attention ar he roundabout. It's easy to miss the right exit. Se arrivate in macchina potreste faticare a trovare l'uscita giusta alla rotonda.
The staff were very accommodating. Young man who served us in the bar late at night as we arrived very late! Young woman when we arrived who checked us in gave us a lovely big room and she was a lovely waitress. There was a lovely breakfast waiter too they were all very personable and pleasant.
All of the staff could not do enough for us. They were polite, courteous, helpful and always had a smile on their faces, nothing was to much for them. Anna the restaurant manager bent over backwards for us as we had our son and daughter with us and our son is autistic, he had a meltdown in the restaurant on our 1st night and Anna didn't blink an eye just made sure he was ok when we came back into the restaurant. On our second night the meal took a long time to reach our table but again Anna was very apologetic over this matter. We ordered a second drink and the trainee waitress forgot this but once again Anna came to the rescue. The room was very clean and at the right temperature when we arrived. Would recommended this hotel everytime
There was a group of French guest maybe aged 16 - 20 ish and they had no manners and ran along the corridor at night and when you are trying to get an 8 & 9 year old asleep that's no easy task especially when one of the children is autistic. This is no way a negative opinion towards the hotel this comment is about people not having consideration for others
Very helpful staff
Even though it was a Bank Holiday with Notting Hill Carnival not so far away, which is why I was there, and the hotel was full, the staff rallied around and were magnificent! Smiles all around and this has to be one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in of any calibre. Special mention to Lola on the front desk, big smiles. Small queue for breakfast, but even then the staff brought round orange and apple juice to the queuers. Brilliant
The room was spacious and quiet with excellent access to tube both Hanger lane and Park royal
Automated check in was clunky, slow and confusing
