Staff were very friendly, the facilities were excellent and excellent location for shopping in the city.

Staff is extremely helpful (had major troubles with the wifi, and it took about 3 hours to fix it), and friendly. Rooms are spacious, with a nice design. The restaurant (breakfast + dinner) is excellent. There's a subway station + a bus station right in front of the hotel.

Problems with the wifi + it's quite far - even with the tube - from the city centre.

Staff. Everyone was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible. Jasmine on reception and Violeta in the kitchen especially. The room is spaceful and very clean. New furniture. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Location - about 12 stations to the center. Tube stations of Central Line and Piccadilly Line are pretty close to the hotel, however travelling to the city center takes about 40 minutes. We were with 7 years old child, therefore he was really tired travelling too much every day.

Staff very polite and helpfully, nice breakfast, very close to metro (central line) - 100m, rooms quite small but nice (clean - beds - tv - internet - bathroom etc more than ok).

No fuss no bother - great stay

Price is acceptable. Location is 1 minute to the Hanger Lane Tube station, 30 minutes to reach London. Clean and comfortable with water kettle. Free 30 minutes wi-fi.

30 minutes free wi-fi is too short. I hope it could be 60 minutes. Internet is so important now for trip planning. I purchased 24-hour w-fi for £3 pounds which gave me much faster Internet.

The breakfast was good, however my husband is not an egg eater so more non egg options would have been nice:)

We had to have our key re keyed every time we needed to use it after walking all around London with two small children and wanting to come back to the hotel and rest and having to come all the way back to the front desk every time was a little annoying.

Everything was easily accessed and presented. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive, helpful and caring

The breakfast was full of options and the best were vegetable sausages.A never before experienced thing ! Cleaning staff is super flexible and tends to all your odd demands.
