We enjoyed the restaurant facilities and food. Very good value for money. The staff were helpful and polite.
Our room was close to the railway line so there was some noise but less so during the night.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great for Wembley Arena, carparking huge bonus. Good breakfast value for money, having Beefeater next door was very useful.
Not enough milk and teabags, a biscuit would of been nice. Box of tissues in the room helpful.
I was pleased that cleaners cleaned the room whenever we were ready as I had my mother with me who is an amputee.
Location of Tube Station
High speed rail line with constant trains passing by. Flooring very noisy, guest above sounded like they were doing laps around the room most of the night
No security at the annex, anybody could walk in and out, door broken.
Staff helpfulness Cleanliness Free parking Close to underground station for central London
Do check if Tfl plan any 'maintenance' on the bakerloo line!
broken window on entrance to hotel boarded up with plywood, not a pleasant site on entry to a hotel for the first time, was still not fixed the next day
No free Wifi, quite expensive for 2 nights with no breakfast...
Excellent parking area. Great for Wembley. Very good size room. Tasty breakfast.
The staff that I met were great, very helpful, the room was tired but clean. Breakfast was great.
The locking mechanism on the outside door was broken, so was open until a guest took matters into his own hand which caused the door to lock so no one could get in, the staff did their best to sort it out, but I did have an slight worry about safety with the main door being unlocked all night. Free parking was the reason we stayed there.
friendly staff good food
no lift in main building and it was a loooooong trek through many corridors to get to my room on level 3 no in room service
Hi, With a 3 Star Rating, I did had a expectation, as I was traveling from Dubai, when checked in there, felt it was not even worth 2 Stars, First - No Fridge, TV Set was little bit bigger than my 15 inch Monitor, No Iron box on the room, No Proper Cabinet/Cup Board, No Toiletry kit in the Bathroom, No Gym in the Hotel, I can keep on going with the list, these are the highlights of the inconveniences. Back in Dubai, these are the basic amenities which will be available here for a 3 Star Hotel.
It would be nice to have a few outlets in the room to charge electronics. We had to unplug the coffee maker to use the one outlet in the room.
Location. Beefeater roast chicken and mixed grill. room cleanliness.
annoying noise when bathroom light was on. shower was a bit confusing to use.
Nice breakfast and friendly staff
We had a disability access room and it was very good. Plenty of room to move a wheelchair, rails in the bathroom, gentle ramps to and from the room and restaurant. The bed was quite comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows.
Our first room was under the stairs. We heard people stomping up and down them all day and all night. We changed rooms and our second room was quieter. There are no outlets in the room. Nowhere to charge a cellphone or plug in a computer. There is no phone in the room. The only way to reach reception is to call on your cell (international long distance for me) or to walk to reception in person (difficult from a disability room).
Nice low bed in disable room. staff very friendly and helpful. very nice hotel, plenty of parking.
No light switches on one side of bed. bed very very firm. shower is over bath, with a disability can't get into bath to use it. no night light so have to go to bathroom in the dark, as above no light switch. sign said it was a quiet area, but child in room above was continously jumping off the bed.
It was close enough to get back on to the motorway quickly
Didn't use wifi am not prepared to pay for it, not when you can go to many places as it's free!!!!
Just value for money, breakfast was excellent. We ate in the beefeater restaurant, and the food was piping hot, Receptionist, was very good and offered us a convector heater, which we grabbed with both hands.
Room was very cold when we arrived, you could hear the underground trains running, and the room was very basic. Only 1 set of bath towels for a couple.
We were staying here as we were going to Wembly the first night and the theatre in London on the second. The premier inn was well situated just across the rd from the station. There was more than enough parking and it was free. We didn't have any noise issues in fact it was very quiet the only issue was the fact that there are two buildings and they are not connected so after checking in we had to go outside again in the pouring rain to get to our room the same thing to eat in the restaurant. The restaurant was a Beefeater and it was very good we had breakfast twice and two evening meals very reasonable and good quality, the staff very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I are planning another trip to London and we will be staying here again.
The only down side was the two buildings but if hadn't been raining this wouldn't have been a problem
Easy to find. 10 mins from Wembley.
Location Staff Dinner in the Beefeater attached
Breakfast in the Beefeater attached Loud neighbours banging doors
The bed and pillow's were comfortable.
The hotel was dirty and smelly we had no lift and stayed on the third floor. There was no phone to call reception when we realised there was no hairdryer or iron in the room so we had a long walk back to reception to ask. We didn't eat breakfast as it was so dirty and in bad need of modernisation and a clean carpet. I have stayed in three primer Inns in Manchester and they were all spotless and had a brilliant customer service. This was a terrible waste of money!
I stop on a weekly basis at Premier Inns all over the country due to my work, and I can honestly say the staff were some of the friendliest I have met.
good value for money and excellent access via public transport for central london
some noise from nearby train lines.
