The fact that it was only 2 tube stops to Wembley Stadium and whilst on a busy road, was in fact very quite in the rooms and had a Beefeater next door.

The location exactly the opposite of the tube which is easy for the transportation

The hotel staff were lovely, efficient and charming and the room was as promised and provided the accommodation I needed for the price.

The Beefeater was probably as it was supposed to be but have these people heard of vegetables

Handy to rail and tube station. Beds comfortable, as always in Pemier Hotels. Adjoining restaurant very inviting, and friendly helpful staff. Lovely to have bar/lounge to relax in after pleasant meal.

Room temperature much too warm even though we tried to turn heating off.

This is our second stay here and is ideal for Wembley. Staff were excellent both on reception and the restaurant.

Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean and it was good value for money.

The only thing I didn't like was when we went for breakfast on the Sunday morning. It's a very small buffet and they had a lady cooking fried eggs one at a time to order. That was ok until a group of about 10 staff from the beefeater came in and basically eat the buffet in front of the guests. This also meant that several paying customers waited almost 20 minutes while the staff did their toast (on the very slow machine), got heir eggs cooked to order etc. I understand they need to eat, but it's a shame it dampens the experience of many people who are paying for the buffet but could get to it.

Room right next to train lines.

All the staff couldn't have been more helpfull throughout our 2 night stay. They also provided lots of information and guideance/advice on travel options in and out of London, along with above and beyond support within the Premier Inn. The Beefeater Pub which was attached served excellent food and also couldn't have been faulted which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass these comments on.

There wasn't any area not to like whicch is a credit to the Premier Inn Group and all the staff that were on duty that weekend.

The location is good, the staff are excellent and very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable.

We have stayed in a number of premier Inn'S. They are all clean and comfortable and offer good value for money.

The area was a concern, with parking. Although parking seemed secure it was a little concerning on the amount of notices that were round and about that suggested car crime was rife.

Spacious room, bathroom ok had what you needed. The breakfast the next morning was lovely. Having lived in harrow for 27 years we very much enjoyed the meal and breakfast at the travellers rest and the staff were excellent.

The light in the bathroom is extremely annoying in the early hours if you need to go, a night light would be much more appropriate so as to be respectful to your partner/husband, for the price we paid I had expected spellies etc proper toilet roll, a decent queen size bed not one that had wood under the mattress, a lock on the bed wheels, a little table in the room and at least two chairs to sit on, for the price we paid next time I would sooner pay a little bit more and get a bit more luxury, even though it was for only one night. As this was a last minute decision the price for what we got was arwful.

Full english breakfast was excellent Ate in the beefeaters one night and food was good

My partner found the bed hard and uncomfortable to sleep on The bath was non slip directly under the shower head but not at other end which I found to be dangerous when stepping in

The staff was very friendly and helpful, was able to book in at 10 am which was a bonus, so we could unpack straight away and then set off for central London on the tube which is two minute walk.

Parking, security, access very good Price very good for the area and we will use again when visiting our grandchildren in the area.

Main building not 100% but looks like refurbishments are under way. Breakfast (continental) have been in other Inns and Hotels with much wider choices for continental b/fast

Good restaurant with special offers.

Had room on ground floor with lot of passing noise and coach party arriving at 12.30 at night. Quilt was too thick for my liking - could not sleep as was too hot!
