Excellent service, breakfast and rooms
Rooms were still too hot even with aircon..need to be able to lower temperature
The room is a good size and comfortable. It was also very quiet up on the 5th floor. The location is excellent.
The only thing is the approach after dark is a little offputting but I am really searching for a negative. It's great - comfortable & excellent location.
Comfortable bed. Good customer service. Clean and spacious room. Excellent location.
Lack of an opening window. Air conditioning only circulates existing air and I slept poorly and awoke with bad headaches due to not being able to open the window. For this reason I would not stay here again (nor in any other Premier Inn without opening windows). Additionally, the lift smelled of vomit.
Location and comfort
Leaving before breakfast
The hotel was central and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Being charged for 5 meals when we only had 4 meals. Didn't realise until I got home!
No shaver point in room. No toilet brush in bathroom. No two pin plug. Heating control did not appear to be working. Very annoying fire alarm fitted just over the bed which flickered every few seconds.
Good location Personalized attention Very good advice from the staff Quiet location in busy area Nice room
Only the extra bed for our little girl wasn't too comfy.
Staff were nice and polite. The room was great and very clean (as was the whole hotel) lovely comfy bed. Within a few minutes walk to the tube station, great location. I would recommend this Premier Inn to family and friends and we will definitely stay here again but will probably eat somewhere else. Thank you. :)
The only moan would be the wait for our dinner on the Friday night but this was due to the lack of staff, only 3 people, a waitress, barman and a chef. This is just not enough for a busy hotel, so Thyme really need to look at their staffing levels. Those 3 poor members of staff were rushed off their feet. The waitress was so helpful and apologetic but it was not her fault.
personal were very helpful Lots of space in the room
considering one pays for it I feel cheated on the wifi
in all the Premier Inn I have been in the last threeyears breakfast is everyday always the same!!!
The bed and pillows were excellent.
The bathroom floor was filthy on the second day (courtesy of a 'cleaner') and I had to call for it to be properly cleaned when I got back in the afternoon (after the normal 2pm check in time). There was also dirt adhering to small desk in the room, which had clearly been there for some time.
Room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful
I requested a cot but there wasn't one in the room on arrival and was told I didn't ask for one. It was printed in my booking!! They did however bring one once I asked. Disappointed there wasn't free wifi and wasn't even a hair dryer in the room. Was very expensive for what you got!
the booking confirmation stated "pay when you stay". It did not state "pay in advance at check in". this caused some embarrassment to my organisation and to me as I had understood the bill could be charged on checking out to the card used for the booking
Carolina on the front desk seems very efficient and capable.
General hotel cleanliness not up to previous standards both in rooms and main hotel.
It was very convenient for the tube station. We traveled to North, South and Central London during our stay.
Having to pay for WiFi.
Great customer service. Great local area. Great location. Great breakfast. Great weekend !
3 bed was not done up for us when we entered the room. Had to go to reception to get it done
Good english and continental breakfest. Good bed and bathroom. Large room.
Windows are not possible to open.

Staff were very nice indeed. Alternative pillows
My wife and I would like to have a choice of quilt - the one we had was too warm for us.
Good location, rooms comfortable and clean and staff very helpful.
No hair dryer in room but they found one for me
Perfect for events at the Business design centre
