The location is excellent. Beds very comfortable and linen good quality. I appreciated that I could control the room temperature myself. The shower worked well. The room was very quiet.

I prefer to be able to open a window, fresh air is better than air conditioning. I never really enjoy food that has been sitting keeping warm for a long period of time, the breakfast food was overcooked.

The trip to London was mainly to see my daughter who lives in London, as well as seeing friends in Cambrigde, shopping and some sightseeing. The hotel was excellent for your purposes. It was nice and clean and the breakfast very good.

It was my husbonds birthday the day after we arrived. I had told the hotel via email beforehand and asked for a bottle of champange and breakfast in the room and was told it was ok. When we arrived the day before, I asked the receptionist that it was ok and was going to pay the champange when I paid the hotel bill, but she said I could do it later. At 9 o´clock a m it did´nt arrive and twenty past nine I called the reception and they said I should have paid it before and that I had to come down to the reception to do it! It was not at all a surprise to my husbond as it should have been and we decided to forget the bottle of champange! Mind you later in the evening when we sat in the bar we started to talk to a very nice waitress, Ala, I think she was called and I said it was my husbonds birthday and a bit later the chief and the two waitresses come with an ice cream cake with candles and sang "hsappy birthday"!

Staff are great and the rooms clean spacious and nicely furnished. Great stay!!

Full buffet Breakfast. Staff. Location. Quiet. Very clean. Close to underground. Super comfortable for our family of four to stay for three days. Would recommend to others. 1/2 an hour free Internet per device per day - is enough.

Great hotel only minutes walk from the tube. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Family friendly with nice touches such as pencils and pictures for the kids to colour in the bar and restaurant area. Lots of choice of family friendly pubs and restaurants within walking distance too.

Four beds in one room was a little cosy, but we were only staying 2 days, so it wasn't a problem.

Very good value hotel in a great, quiet location. All the staff were very friendly and great with the children. The room was comfortable and warm with everything we needed. The choice at the hotel breakfast was very good and they had healthy options.

Friendly staff and good size room. Clean and comfortable. Just round the corner from Design Centre. Close to shops and restaurants if dont fancy eating in hotel.

A simple fact. It's London so you pay London price for same as you could get for half the price across the rest of the country.
