Location is good , room size was very perfect for small family and sleeping beds was very comfortable.
Staff was not friendly and room cleaning was not accepted.
This hotel was in a prime location for us. We loved how close the underground station was. The neighborhood stores were close by and we could walk to and from without a problem. The staff was amazing-friendly and kind.
Friendly staff, location - close to museums, ok breakfast.
Myself and my two children were welcomed to the hotel the staff were truly amazing helpful and so friendly well beyond just doing their job we had a fantastic meal well worth every penny would recommend very highly will be back next year for olympia horse show thank you xxxx
Staff very friendly and helpful. Good price for London. Decent breakfast at sharp price. Quiet room at the back. Usual great bathroom.
Room a bit on the small side. Could have done with two, rather than one, chairs.
Staff gave us a very warm welcome just what we needed after a long journey, just fantastic .
Pleasant staff who were always willing to assist.
Hotel was clean, staff helpful, location good, very comfortable bed.
our bathroom needed attention, cracked toilet, shower rail holder was broken.
Location Directions to Olympia
Walking to London shops didn't open until 10am(just a comment nothing derogartory
good location with bus and underground, pubs and food stores around. Hotel bed comfort and clean room.
We paid WiFi access for both iPod and iPad, but finally it worked only for our iPad.
I was so happy with this hotel! I will stay there again for future trips and will recommend for others to stay at this hotel.
The only thing I would recommend is for the WiFi should be available to all paying guest and not just the first 30 minutes to be free. Or at least to be able to access WiFi for free in the lobby and bar area on personal devices.
Not free internet
Everything and everyone where just great could not do enough for you will be back thank you
Amazing - every member of staff was professional with the right balance of friendliness and helpfulness
What a hard bed and pillows not comfy either - such a shame
Nice & close to Earls Court tube station (approx. 5 min walk), easy to find. Good welcome with friendly staff throughout stay. Quiet rooms which was a priority over the close proximity we also requested.
Had requested 2 rooms close together - they were close together physically but separated by a wall which meant going back through reception each time if we wanted to spend time together in the hotel, however this was a minor inconvenience.
Easy to find and great location
Looks old and needs an up date Radio from other rooms disturbing at 6am.....
Needed two additional beds for kids. One was fine and the other terrible with its springs in the kid's back the whole night.
I liked the location ... We had a very comfortable room, it was on the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. The room was clean and not so small for London standard We will come back again
Not free wifi
The staff makes this hotel. Small problems can be forgiven because the staff is so friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate the guests. Nice neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants and pubs. I especially liked the Hansome cab on Earl's Court rode about a 5 minute walk. The Earl's Court tube station is an easy 1/2 mile walk. About 40 minutes by tube to Heathrow and 15 minutes to the center of London. Both on the Picadilly line. Bus stop is just down the streets and is a nice choice if you aren't in a hurry, but want to see the sights. Hotel restaurant is quite good and a value.
I was assigned a handicapped room because the hotel was full. The bed was low to the ground and lumpy. For some reason there are no wash cloths. When I was finally able to communicate to the maid that I wanted one she said they don't have them. I thought that strange. This hotel is very kid friendly which wasn't a bother to me, but it might be to some.
Our first trip to London was made even better by this hotel. The location was only a 10 minute walk to the Underground, 2 minutes to the bus stop and easy to flag a taxi from the front. I have to say the beds were amazingly comfortable and the choice of a soft or firm pillow made our slumber even better! The breakfast was very good and every member of the staff was helpful and friendly. We would stay again! Great value in London for the price!
The bed! Pillow top on mattress was great.
Facade of building needs painting. Doesnt refect the (excellent) condition of the interior.
staff were helpfull hotel was very clean
could,nt take advantage of the meal deal because dinner was,nt served till1800 wich would have made us late for the theater
Size of room Comfort of bed Location Friendliness of staff
Only 30mins free wi-fi
Good rooms, with space, clean, comfortable bed. For the onrs coming with Easy Bus from Gatwick, the hotel is quite near from this bus stop. Breakfast isn't so expansive like other hotel's and has a great variety.
Internet just for 30 minutes...
Location near to metro, restaurants. Great staff.
Noise of traffic on the front. A/C not working room was warm, no windows to open.
