Some of the staff were polite, friendly and tried their best to be helpful. Rude staff members, booked a quad room but was given a triple! Had to wait till 11.45pm for a unstable campbed for my youngest child to sleep on. Was told I would be moved rooms the following day to a quad room, was moved to a triple room with no working lights and they lost my luggage! Requested the quad room as originally booked, was told non were available and was returned to our original triple room.

Very friedly staff. Good private taxi booking service through reception. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast and bar. Hotel floors are at split levels. Corridors narrow. Didn't had our room made one day out of 3 nights stay. Room service not always available.

Helpful and friendly staff good breakfast plenty tochoose and eat. Complaint about noise sorted out by member of staff straight away. Being woken from sleep by the noise from the bar under the bedroom at (1 - 2 P.M.) The dinning table on last morning placed too near the coffee machine people kept baning into me or my chair.

Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone in the hotel was helpful, customer oriented making you always feel an important guest. Breakfast is really good and quantity wise is perfect before a long day walk. Quiet room really appreciated (we asked for it as suggested in different forums) Minor cons only: Room was a bit small and placed in basement. Bathroom was always cold vs room temperature so we had to leave the door closed. (It would certainly not be an issue in summer of course)

Very clean room and pleasant staff. Car park with 24 hours guard nearby. Had wait to be seated for breakfast, even though there were tables that were not in use. Not good when you are in a bit of a hurry.

Everything you'd expect in a large clean family room. Surprisingly quiet considering we were facing a busy road. Excellent service, value for money and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault it.

Large room fit two adults and two children very comfortably. Great location. Not too expensive considering location and staying during easter hols. This is a very noisy hotel, very busy at all hours people banging around at night, and making lots of noise all night!!! Trafic noise was not actually to bad, about what you expect. Breakfast was worst i have ever seen in a Premier Inn, and have stayed in quite a few.

The young staff were very very helpful with recommendations for seeing sights and shopping. The room was clean and spacious(room 301) for 2 adults, a 15 year old, and a 10 year old. The coffee in the morning(espresso)was great. The breakfast was big and very good. The location, one block from Earls Court Road(lots of shops and restaurants and the tube)was very very convenient. Room number 301 needs a reading lamp above the single bed(there were only reading lamps above the double bed). I would have preferred to have had a bar of soap in the bathroom both at the sink and in the shower rather than the liquid soap/foam.

The room was cleaned everyday while there was enough space for all four of us in the room, a great plus for us all. Location was fantastic, Tesco and Sainsbury's was close by. Staff was very helpful and left luggage service was also another plus for us. Wish there was a porter trolley for us to use to take our luggage to and from our rooms. We had to make 3 trips up and down with many luggage as we were a family of 4 and stayed for 3 nights.
