The facility was very clean and modern, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located in a convenient, safe neighborhood close to the Underground. The price charged upon arrival was higher than what I booked over the Internet, and the lift was out of order for the weekend, causing us to have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. |

Ideal for a short stay with comfortable bed, modern tv,great shower and good breakfast. The staff were cheerful and attentive and seemed more than willing to exceed our expectations. The only downside for us is the size of the room. Room 207 is very limited for space. |

Excellent location of the hotel, close to a tube station and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not very big, but it was clean and quiet; the bed had a very comfortable mattress. We could adjust the heating our selves. We also appreciated the presence of a water heater (packets of tea, coffee and sugar were also provided). At these prices, I would have expected breakfast to be included in the room price, or at least have wireless internet available free of charge. The room was a little isolated and dark; the wall we could see out the window made it a little depressing. But nobody spends a lot of time inside a hotel room while in London. Towels were changed every single day, even though we left them on the racks in order to avoid the waste of time and water. But for some people, this could be considered a plus. |

The staff were friendly and very willing to help. The prices for food and drink were reasonable for London and not far from the tube. We would recommend to anyone to stay here. The security was excellent with using your key to get in after 10pm and to use lift and to access the corridors to our rooms was a great idea. Bed was to hard for us. |

We liked the extremely friendly staff, the convenient location and the cleanliness of the hotel. We had no children with us but we saw the family rooms and they are lovely - really spacious and bright. It is terrific value for a family to stay there as children eat free. The staff were overworked, there were queues for breakfast and shortages of dishes as they were being washed. If they can't employ more staff they should buy more plates, bowls and cups! Dinner was good at the hotel but it took ages to arrive. |

Great value and quiet location with easy access to the underground. Room was clean, modern and very well appointed. Room slightly on the small size but adequate. No printer for computers. No residents bar. Staff inexperienced but friendly enough. |

The location was excellent for my purposes. Easy and convenient access to restaurants, bars, shops and transport links. Only one minor irritant; I found the pillows way too soft |

I didn't think that Premier Inns could actually match their high profile TV advertsisng but they do - the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms immaculate and the optional breakfast great value. |

The exceptional staff, the breakfast and the quiet rooms Maybe a better layout of the breakfast area, the toaster was taking too much time, which caused a bottleneck. |

Staff were helpful and gave good customer service and dealt well and promptly with our complaint about noisey room, room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good value for money and food tasted good. arrived at 10 pm. was put in room one. the noise from people walking ( ?? on pogo sticks the volume was that bad) in reception which went on until late and started again at 6 am so we got no sleep. I am sure that it is definitely known and there would have been previous complaints from guests in this room so I think we were only placed there as we arrived last and hotel was full though we had booked weeks before on line. I do not think this room is suitable for guests. I would definitely not recommend the hotel based on this except that staff were very helpful with moving us next morning. However this was still only possible as hotel was not fully booked that night. If it was full we would have had no sleep our entire time in london for 40t |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good location for getting from Heathrow and into other parts of London (Earl's Court station). Value for price very good for London We asked for a quiet room but were given one on the front where traffic flows all night. But they moved us the next night with no problem. |

The staff were very friendly and the closeness to the tube was great. We found that it provided everything we needed in a London hotel in that it was comfortable clean and close. Great value compared to so many others. |

Clean, breakfast, comfort, and the staff (Marcello[Brazilian guy], Liana[Armenian welcome lady], Heather[welcome lady]). Liana had that big smile and was very helpful taking care of us. Marcello did a superb job at the breakfast place and make us feeling like home. Heather was very helpful helping me how to get to the airport. |
