Location, service, comfort and friendly staff!
More care with hygiene especially in the bathroom.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had. Shower was great and breakfast was well worth the cost.
should have been unlimited free WIFI.
Staff were very friendly but all appeared inexperienced with everything.
Asked how I slept, and when I said "badly" the receptionist berated me for not telling anyone. There is no phone so you'd have to come downstairs in nightclothes. It stated in writing in my room that it was a no questions asked policy and I felt interrogated. I wasn't asking for a refund - I was merely stating how I slept!
clean good location good shower
room was too warm window not openable loud corridor
Clean and comfortable room Nice, quiet hotel/ rooms Comfortable beds, we slept well Handy position near the underground Close to grocery store Safe neighbourhood to walk around, morning or night Friendly, helpful staff esp. Medhi Feels like a home away from home Tea making facilities Great bar area Great breakfast to kick start a day of exploring London
Limited free wifi (ran out quickly) Breakfast options were the same each day, after a few days a little variety would have been nice
The room is tooooooo small
Clean, large room, close to train station, friendly staff, value for money
The room did not have a phone. This was annoying and we had to go down to reception to ask for anything. A locker in room would have been nice.
Close to tube. Very friendly/helpful staff. Clean rooms.
Single/added bed in room was like lying on a board! Why no clock/alarm clock in rooms?
Choice of pillows and comfortable bed. Very friendly, helpful staff. Location
Kettle design could easily lead to scalding. Couldn't get wifi to operate properly. Hash browns a bit plastic.
Great value! Extremely clean and comfortable, only a few blocks from the Earls Court tube station. Will return in the future!
Helped us with every question or problem quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for better service
Very good value for the facilities. The food was excellent and the service was also extremely friendly and attentive. Good location close to Earl's Court tube station.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
Great location to travel around London.staff were friendly and dealt with all our requests immediately. Lovely breakfast.a cheap hotel worth every penny.
My only criticism is that the single beds were not as comfy as the double.
Short walk to Earls Court underground station, from where you directly reach Westminster, Piccadilly and Heathrow airport. The hotel is clean, with silent rooms and with very helpfull staff.
Not really anything to be dissatisfied with. There is a lot of trafic on the road outside the hotel, but that is not a problem as the rooms are on the other side of the hotel. So you are not disturbed by noise. The rooms are small, but not too small. You get what you pay for.
Comfy beds - good space in room for family- although youngest ends up with a fold out bed - easy walk to local resteraunts and supermarkets and train station - that is in zone 1 and is the line to the airport - despite issue below I would happily stay there again
Small issue with carpet at bathroom doorway was drenched ( not sure why - possibly from last visitor ) so had a damp odoor in the room - but nothing they could do - just had to wait till it dried out
Warm and friendly staff. Good location .Some rooms are very nice .
Windows don't open in some rooms which causes suffocation and claustrophobia and some rooms are so deeply inside many corridors that you feel trapped . All rooms are different . No phones inside the rooms is an inconvenience or small things like no shower caps.
Good location, nice staff and clean room
Location, restaurant, comfortable bed, shower worked well with plentiful supply of hot water, and very helpful staff
I could here the guest next door moving around and the room was hot
Staff very friendly and polite. Converted Victorian building so room size not huge however more than adequate. Dining area recently refurbished. Breakfast hot and well cooked. Hotel very clean, private and communal areas. if arriving on tube do not leave station by Warwick Road exit, you will have a long walk if you do. Leave by Earls Court Road.
Because a bit out from centre nicer quite area but with all the nice things about a Premier Inn
Very busy in restaurant for breakfast and pity they did not do the Continental breakfasts you get in many Premier Inns
As we arrived early due to poor weather the staff went out of their way to make our room available and got us drinks from the bar while we waited.
Well located. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed
So close to Underground and great value for money.
Everything was good like usual in Premier inn hotel chain. Friendly staff, clean rooms
It was a bit noisy night time because of the road traffic and some neighbours above
