staff were helpfull hotel was very clean
could,nt take advantage of the meal deal because dinner was,nt served till1800 wich would have made us late for the theater
Size of room Comfort of bed Location Friendliness of staff
Only 30mins free wi-fi
Good rooms, with space, clean, comfortable bed. For the onrs coming with Easy Bus from Gatwick, the hotel is quite near from this bus stop. Breakfast isn't so expansive like other hotel's and has a great variety.
Internet just for 30 minutes...
Location near to metro, restaurants. Great staff.
Noise of traffic on the front. A/C not working room was warm, no windows to open.
The area and friendliness
Standard no frills hotel in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Earls Court tube, district and piccadilly lines. Very helpful, pleasant smiley staff.
As a customer my expectations were met leaving me satisfied.
The weather it was terrible.
Perfect location for our travelling needs and activities planned whilst in London. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very friendly staff, good location, comfortable beds
Smell in the bathroom
Close to the tube.
Paying for the whole stay upfront. Only 30 minutes of free wifi. Extra charge for breakfast. I modified my booking to twin beds; they could not find my request in the system and, initially, put us in a double-bed room claiming that there was nothing they could do. However, the receptionist (whose help I do appreciate) did make an extra effort and they could find a solution (a room with a double-bed and a sofa, which could be sued as the twin bed).
The lack of sleep due to a couple in a room above us having a domestic argument, shouting, banging and slamming doors until 5am!
All staff were very helpful, friendly & efficient. Had an extremely pleasant & comfortable stay - no need to pay for higher end hotels, when Premier do it so very well. Very convenient for Olympia, museums, eating out & shopping. Excellent value for money. We stayed in a basement room with plenty of room & couldn't hear any outside traffic. Beds very comfortable. Would happily stay again
Can't fault it
the breakfast and the fantastic staff
Friendly staff and good restaurant. Fair response to comment about being woken at night.
Being woken and told to keep noise down! Adjacent room had complained of loud tv but it wasn't ours.
courteous staff clean facility low price
Friendly staff who felt like friends. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was pretty good.
We bought dinner at the hotel on one night. Generally speaking it was of a very poor quality. My wife's meal was inedible. She was offered an alternative but didn't want to take a chance having sampled our meals. This is not a reflection on the staff but on hotel food policy. Appalled by the cost when trying to book a Premier inn at Twickenham during the world cup next September.
friendly staff Minimal but reasonable facilities Comfy bed
Why do we still have to pay for wifi?

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great location five minutes walk from Earls Court Tube station. 30 minutes free wifi per day. Quiet at night despite busy West Cromwell Road location.
Hot in rooms even in October. Likely to be worse in summer. Double bed was comfortable, but the two extra beds in the family room were not comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
we enjoyed our stay in here. everything was perfect. we will prefer to stay here again on our next travel to london.
Location, service, comfort and friendly staff!
More care with hygiene especially in the bathroom.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had. Shower was great and breakfast was well worth the cost.
should have been unlimited free WIFI.
Staff were very friendly but all appeared inexperienced with everything.
Asked how I slept, and when I said "badly" the receptionist berated me for not telling anyone. There is no phone so you'd have to come downstairs in nightclothes. It stated in writing in my room that it was a no questions asked policy and I felt interrogated. I wasn't asking for a refund - I was merely stating how I slept!
clean good location good shower
room was too warm window not openable loud corridor
