The room had a window that didn't open and we couildn't see out other than the sky. We were very disapointed.
Location was excellent. Price cheap for area.
One woman on reception was rude what asked for anything. Duvet was too thick for a room with no opening windows and when we asked for a thinner duvet all that was availible was a sheet. Not a great nights sleep due to this issue.
Location was fantastic and staff extremely friendly and efficient. Security into hotel was good however a safe in room would have been useful. Very clean room. Breakfast very good - lots of choice.
Room too small for four people. Nowhere to sit in room as sofa being used as a bed. Double bed extremely high and difficult to get in and out of. Room felt very claustrophobic due to size and lack of seating/space. One bath towel per person but one hand towel shared between four. Nowhere to store suitcases.
Nice room, excellent location!
Room was not ready on arrival…we arrived at 4 and the room was supposed to be ready at 2….the tv volume was set…(i am a little hard of hearing) so i couldn't tea it :-(
Very expensive for a glorified hostel
Great location and very quiet considering we were in the centre of Leicester square. Staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient.
Superb reception staff on arrival. Perfect location, lovely room and not noisy. Would definitely stay again!
Nothing - all very good :-)
Staff very good and considerate
Entrance lifts always very busy and when first booking in you have no stairs option - so lifts only way up to reception
Staff were very helpful and polite place was clean good location lovely breakfast
The air conditioning in the room wasn't quite good enough as we couldn't open the winow it was very warm
Location, bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Great view and ideal location, breakfast was also very good
Room was little on the small side but for two days it was ok. Room cleaners seem to come round late in the day so as we had been out all day and then returned room and bathroom not cleaned and no fresh towels, and we didnt want cleaners in the room late in the day we just wanted to rest after being our all day. Feel they should be doing this job earlier in the day.
Location and view from room
Size of room 312 was very small for the price, expected it to be large enough to sit on the toilet and I'm only 5'6"
Very clean and comfortable stay in an excellent location for the west end theatres. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice.
Location Noise free Breakfast Staff (Very Helpful) Cleanliness Predictable Comfort
Non Opening Windows
All the staff were very polite and friendly
It was handy to be right in the centre of the theatre district. Staff are helpful and very pleasant.
My room was noisy, not so much outside noise, although a bit from the disco, but more that everytime the landing door was opened or people opened their doors, my door rattled. Took quite a while to be able to sleep. Generally facilities are not up to what you'd expect from a Premier Inn.
Brilliant location central to all
Windows could not be opened and air conditioning noisy room too warm unable to get room cool
It was nice and quiet with no doors slamming the staff we're very attentive,
The lady that checked us in wearing a headscarf gave us the impression we were a bit of a hiderence, she could have been more welcoming and informative in a slower fashion.
Location, quiet, clean,
Paying for wi go (although 30min was free)
Location. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Fantastic location, fantastic staff, fantastic clean and comfortable room
Location Convenience to City of London
The hotel room was FAR TOO HOT, the air conditioning unit only went as low as 19 degrees making evening sleep very uncomfortable; we like it to be much cooler in the room. The windows couldn't be opened due to being on 8th floor!
The rooms were clean and the hotel was central to just about anything you could want to do while in London.
You can not get dropped off in front of the hotel because the streets surrounding it do not allow cars to drive thru.
The location, the standard of finish, the quality of furnishings, the equipment in the room. A brand new, well fitted hotel, right in the centre of the West End. It could not be handier for the shows. The breakfast was absolutely superb too.
Not a thing.
Location was excellent. Room was outstanding. Staff were lovely.
The room was far too hot and the air conditioning was totally ineffective. But this was a minor downside given that everything else about this hotel was outstanding.
