Cards can not drive in front of the hotel, you need to carry your luggage and walk through the square. When you turn on the water, the pipe makes strange noise, also from the next room.

Whilst I expected to pay more for the location I did feel that this hotel was over-priced.

Location More or less clean

We had family room (2 adults +2 children) which was extremely small - room size approx. 15 sq.m. which contained 1 double bed and 2 singles. No space left for a suitcase which then we had to put on the desk. No ventilation in the room and no possibility to open the window; this was "compensated" by airconditioning which actually filtraded the same air just made it cool; The only window in the room was extremely small and the only sight we could see was inyard and some grey high walls; In the last day of our stay room cleaning was done very poor - cups were not washed but dirty turned around and placed on the shelf; in such case we would rather prefare that nobody enters the room instead of such "assistance"; No safety box; Broken soap dispenser in the bathroom; Shower was permanently fixed in one position, so very uncomfortable for smaller children as well as for my wife; Breakfest did not change at all - each morning the same food. When staying only 3 nights this was not a big problem, but for a olonger time period it would be difficult; All the above mentioned costed us GBP 202 per night; The hotel can be characterised with just one word - "uncomfortable".

The locations is the best! Leicester Square is in the middle of the west end and right on the Underground. The staff is outstanding. Breakfast is good with both hot and cold selections. The touch screen in the lobby for printing boarding passes is great.

The rooms are pretty small but still adequate.

Great central location with friendly staff

Clean, friendly and excellent location to the centre of London. Theatres minutes away, sites and shopping too within walking distance as is the tube and bus services, breakfast sets you up for the day! Staff genuinely on side and friendly. As fussy travellers my wife and I were really satisfied with this hotel and will use it to visit London again.

No real problem other than no shaver sockets in the bathroom! Reception solved this by having a supply of double pin sockets.

Location, very helpful and pleasant staff, surprising quietness of room, comfortable bed, somewhere to put luggage while out and about after checking out. Breakfast good apart from cooked element.

Location. Location. Location! Easy walking to major London attractions, theatres, pubs. Staff is very helpful. [2] tube stations very close.

Refridgerator in room would have been nice. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Small room size, difficult to store 2 big baggages.

The location was ideal,it was in the center of everything!you could go anywhere you liked either by using the subway or even on foot,every central location a tourist wants to visit is really close. Even if it was on a very busy square,you got a good nights sleep.It was very quiet and you could not hear a thing! The room was very clean and generally all hotel areas were very clean.The staff was very friendly and were very willing to assist and meet your every need.unfortunately i had to spend a couple of days in bed due to food poisoning,but the staff in charge was excellent!They gave us a lot of assistance and helped us to the nearest walk in hospital.I thank them from my heart and i thank Mr Jason in specific.

Location was excellent plenty to do and see and most within 10 minute walk
