Score from 1931 reviews Very good
Noisy as we were next to the street in a family room. Worst of all, a family above us had a child awake and jumping around from 5am which we could hear clearly. This spoilt our trip as we all woke up, so the point is the sound proofing to the floors is not nearly good enough.
Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We were visiting Guy's hospital for which the location was perfect. The accomodation was well placed for restaurants, shops and sightseeing. We will definitely use the accomodation for our nextvisit.
Comfortable bed Great location Peaceful Bath Friendly staff Cosy room
Only one bedside table
It was in the heart of london so location was brilliant and excellent value for money
Location and helpful staff
Felt rooms could do with upgrade given price of £169.00/ night
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming in the inn. They were only willing to help with any query or request. This is my 4th time staying here and it's fair to say I'll return next year.
The staff (all of them...) were very unpleasant and downright rude to customers in the bar. The service is atrocious there , which is a pity as it's a very popular tourist attraction being one of the oldest pubs in London.
Excellent yet quiet location Cleanliness Comfortable bed Friendly Staff
Good sized rooms, really comfy beds, fantastic riverside location
This hotol is brilliantly situated to explore Borough market and the historic south bank of London
my only "complaint" was i didn't realise it had a bar/restaurant until breakfast
Very friendly staff and incredibly quiet room considering the location. My son was having surgery at Guys hospital during our stay and managing to get a good nights sleep was a real relief! Would certainly return here for a more fun visit.
Dimmer switch lights hummed a little on low setting, but I'm nit-picking.
Location great for sightseeing and underground connections; our room was quite spacious and clean and was ready when we arrived earlier
Bins outside the main entrance
The Bible on the bedside table! It was brilliant to see it there and I hope you will continue to keep it as part of your guest accommodation and not just hold copies at the reception desk.
Despite reserving a table for dinner someone removed the reserved sign.
perfect location, great breakfast, quiet rooms, clean rooms, comfortable beds
different sizes and comfort of rooms (single room was larger than double room), extra charge for wifi
Great location in a nice, lively part of London. Reception staff were friendly and helpful
Only 30 mins free wifi per day & I only got 10 mins free before it disconnected me! No drinking water in hotel room & none available in the vending machine in reception all weekend.
Location and style of building.
A little difficult to find down the narrow streets.
Where hotel was
Good place to meet up
Extremely convenient for Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and other South Bank sites, very quiet location.
We like walking London and this is a perfect location for exploring and theatres. Hotel is quiet, staff are friendly and competent. The fourth time we have stayed here and we will undoubtedly be back.
location staff breakfast beds how quite it was considering how central we were price
price of beer in the pub attached (but thats London for you...so did expect this)
Very central. Used it to go to a Wedding at St Paul's. Would use again for our next visit.
Too small reception
Nice location near to river Thames, very close to many tourist attractions . Subway station 5min walk. In the area somone can find great variety of restuarants , cafes and bars . Very clean rooms and quiet .
The rooms could be bigger especially the family ones . The forth additinal bed for the child was rather unconfortable . It should have more bathroom facilities .
Location. The Borough Market is right there. There is a great pub, The Anchor attached to the hotel. Lots of other classic pubs just short walks away. Shakespeare's Globe is 5 min walk away. Great view of St.Paul's especially at night just out the front doors. For the money its pretty good value.
Paying for WIFI is ridiculous for a company as big as Premier Inns.
Good location & comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly & helpful.
There's no bathroom in reception for guests. The main gate was closed early & it wasn't clear how to get in, maybe this should be explained on check in. Free wifi did not work well.
