Excellent pub downstairs.
Staff friendly and attentive
Fairly quiet as tucked away in a courtyard
Slightly hard to find. Dining room was also difficult to find.
Staff were great
Best location in London with friendly staff.
We also stayed at another hotel during our stay in London, so we can compare and say that Premier Inn is the great choice for staying in all terms.
The staff were excellent helpful and polite easy access for eating and visiting the sites
The room seemed a bit small to other Premier Inns and the tea making facilities were tucked away in the corner and not easy to access
Very good location.
A little bit scruffy. Not a big issue.
The location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Paying for wifi for each of the teenagers I travelled with.
Comfortable bed (proper double bed not two single pushed together), decent sized room, clean, surprisingly quiet location. Pleasant staff. near to the Thames
Distance from tube station, Small bath towels, no electric drying rail for wet bath towel, Noise of cleaning staff in the morning. Not very generous with the in room tea and coffee provisions.
Location, staff, nearby cafes and restaurants, value
Exposure of the hotel
- Internet against payment - Pub very crowded - Hotel badly soundproofed
Location... Staff... Breakfast
Noisy as we were next to the street in a family room. Worst of all, a family above us had a child awake and jumping around from 5am which we could hear clearly. This spoilt our trip as we all woke up, so the point is the sound proofing to the floors is not nearly good enough.
Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We were visiting Guy's hospital for which the location was perfect. The accomodation was well placed for restaurants, shops and sightseeing. We will definitely use the accomodation for our nextvisit.
Comfortable bed Great location Peaceful Bath Friendly staff Cosy room
Only one bedside table
It was in the heart of london so location was brilliant and excellent value for money
Location and helpful staff
Felt rooms could do with upgrade given price of £169.00/ night
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming in the inn. They were only willing to help with any query or request. This is my 4th time staying here and it's fair to say I'll return next year.
The staff (all of them...) were very unpleasant and downright rude to customers in the bar. The service is atrocious there , which is a pity as it's a very popular tourist attraction being one of the oldest pubs in London.
Excellent yet quiet location Cleanliness Comfortable bed Friendly Staff
Good sized rooms, really comfy beds, fantastic riverside location
This hotol is brilliantly situated to explore Borough market and the historic south bank of London
my only "complaint" was i didn't realise it had a bar/restaurant until breakfast
Very friendly staff and incredibly quiet room considering the location. My son was having surgery at Guys hospital during our stay and managing to get a good nights sleep was a real relief! Would certainly return here for a more fun visit.
Dimmer switch lights hummed a little on low setting, but I'm nit-picking.
