Staff was quite friendly. The hotel was cleaner than expected. We liked the food&beverage manager who served us very delicious plates for dinner when we stayed one night at the hotel . |

cleanliness, nice interier, cattle, tea and coffee in the room, tv, hot water, good breakfast, lock of the rooms, 24 hours service at the reception not enough heating in the room; breakfast not available as take away for early leaving |

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The Premier Inn ad boasts rooms from £29. The rooms in this hotel seemed to start at £129 -- that's a big difference! The advertising is misleading to say the least! |

we found the staff particulary friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel was comfortable, spacious and the beds were super. We ate in the resturant for dinner alittle dubious to start as in past when ate at hotel have been ripped off, BUT this resturant offered yummy food at excellent value (had the set menu), well worth it.Breakfast was good too, plenty of hot food. woulld definately stay here again, 6 minutes from victoria station and 10 min from victoria palace theatre, very convienent for tube and all sight seeing. |

The location is excellent, not far from most attractions but you can also get the Tube which is a 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Finally we had our breakfast there which was really good and I was surprised to find that the evenings meals were also served there which had something for everyone. If I was being really picky the room was small and there was no Iron or Sky TV however this is harsh because the hotel was an excellent price and service for what you pay for. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and you are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. All the staff from the cleaners to the reception work hard to make the stay enjoyable. The hotel is is very clean and the breakfast very good value at only £8. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms made the stay even more enjoyable. Plastic shower curtains are never my favourite for a shower |

What I liked most was the location,superb,very close to Victoria station,and the fact that it opened in september and everything was brand new.Good breakfast,too.Also that you can switch on and off the air conditioned by yourself. The fact that the windows don´t open . |

The hotel is in a great location close to Victoria station and several theatres and Tate britain. The room was very pleasant and quiet for such a central location. Excellent buffet breakfast and very helpful staff. |

We liked where it was situated, the staff, the breakfast, the room, the bar, that it had a lift for our elderly party members, we felt relaxed, the coffee at breakfast was the best!! Nothing major, the toilet paper was a pain, can't be cost effective as you have to use so much!!! |

The check-in arrangements were excellent. The room was of a high standard and the hotel was very Centrally located. Good value for money. The hotel restaurant was excellent value for money. Not enough tables at breakfast |

Newness, fresh due to recent renovation. Male staff member very professional and helpful. Wi Fi not working and then found when following night it did work, that the minimum charge was 5 pound (exhorbitant given will pay 1 pound near Vic Station for 30 mins. Also dislike the personal checkin and requirement for the full nights to be paid upfront. Female receptionist was very confused about whether checkin would accept Debit card and then handling of a refund on Visa replaced with a cash payment. Perhaps just the newness of the Hotel and systems. However, when you arrive tired you don't like the personal checkin and lack of clarity on cards acceptable on the checkin. |
