出来たばかりということで大変清潔。駅からも近い。ホテルのスタッフは誰もがとてもフレンドリーで感じが良- かった。部屋は狭いが、（日本のビジネスホテルよりは若干広い程度）ベッドが大きくてふとんだったのもよか- った。（シーツタイプではない）Goodnight sleep gurantee をしていて、確かに他の部屋の音も案外聞こえなず、リラックスできた。（全くしない訳ではないが、下手な高- 級ホテルのほうがよっぽどひどい） Very clean, warm staffs, good location. Very valuable. 部屋が狭い。。。。が料金を考えれば妥当。 Small room, but it is acceptable to the price of the high room rate in London. |

Breakfast was great, one had the option for soy milk and also porridge. Room temerature could not be adjusted, room was too hot at times, toilet was not heated. windows cannot open. |

It was central a great location. It was comfy,just an all round great weekend.This was our first visit to the capital and i would recommend this hotel to anyone. Maybe could do with having a mini fridge in the rooms. |

well located, clean and bright with efficient and pleasant staff. Food from the restaurant for evening meal proved to be very good. Breakfast is excellent with good range of cooked and cold foods available. We were served quickly and efficiently. Very quiet for a city centre hotel and well located for getting around either on foot or public transport. Our room was a little on the small side, however we had a room on the back of the hotel and it was incredibly quiet for a city centre hotel. The cost was rather higher than I would normally pay for a budget hotel, but given location I guess this is to be expected. |

The hotel is new and very close to Victoria station.The room was spacious, clean but a bit cold. Breakfast was great! The room was rather cold. Something must be done about that! |

The hotel was new, in a very good location, with helpful staff and great breakfast. The room was very clean but rather cold. There seemed to be a problem with the central heating, that wasn't solved during our stay. The rooms must be warm at all time during winter. |

The hotel is literally just around the corner of Victoria Station. The room was a bit small but very clean. Everything was brand new except the central heating that didn't work. Nevertheless, a heater was provided and we were fine. Breakfast was great too! There was a problem with the central heating and the room was a bit cold. |

We really like the location of this hotel. Its situation is great for visiting center London while the surroundings area is quiet. Hotel facilities, although not luxury, are pretty new and comfortable We were disappointed for the lack of options for adding to children's breakfast milk like Nestle Nesquik or similar. Only available were coffee and tea, not suitable for young kids. |

We liked the warm welcome from reception,which set up a pleasant, though all too brief a stay.We paid £129.90 for a family room for 4 for one night,which was excellent value.Breakfast is very good,and the coffee excellent. |

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The Premier Inn ad boasts rooms from £29. The rooms in this hotel seemed to start at £129 -- that's a big difference! The advertising is misleading to say the least! |

we found the staff particulary friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel was comfortable, spacious and the beds were super. We ate in the resturant for dinner alittle dubious to start as in past when ate at hotel have been ripped off, BUT this resturant offered yummy food at excellent value (had the set menu), well worth it.Breakfast was good too, plenty of hot food. woulld definately stay here again, 6 minutes from victoria station and 10 min from victoria palace theatre, very convienent for tube and all sight seeing. |

The location is excellent, not far from most attractions but you can also get the Tube which is a 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Finally we had our breakfast there which was really good and I was surprised to find that the evenings meals were also served there which had something for everyone. If I was being really picky the room was small and there was no Iron or Sky TV however this is harsh because the hotel was an excellent price and service for what you pay for. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and you are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. All the staff from the cleaners to the reception work hard to make the stay enjoyable. The hotel is is very clean and the breakfast very good value at only £8. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms made the stay even more enjoyable. Plastic shower curtains are never my favourite for a shower |

What I liked most was the location,superb,very close to Victoria station,and the fact that it opened in september and everything was brand new.Good breakfast,too.Also that you can switch on and off the air conditioned by yourself. The fact that the windows don´t open . |
