Being woken at 12.30 one night by drilling in the lifts

Everything was very nice about your new "Premier Inn", the friendliness of staff, the English breakfast, the quick check-in, the possibility to have a tea/coffee in your room and I liked very much that you picked up the origin of the location as lying-in maternity hospital and showed the old painting in the lobby and in the restaurant, that will always stay in my mind, well done. Above all, walking a few minutes from your hotel and then passing the bridge with the view of Big Ben was very touching, excellent location. All in all, a very pleasant experience to stay at your hotel.

Location, cleanliness, excellent bathroom facilities.

Semi-automatic check-in - not welcoming. Lack of comfortable seating in the room, inadequate towel rails in large bathroom. Had I been a couple (it was a double room) these would have been a problem. Also, the hotel was unknown to the taxi driver who dropped me at another Premier Inn nearby.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Position is great for an easy walk to Parliament Square and beyond, very nice riverbank walks too. Breakfast was great and the one evening we had dinner in the hotel was also satisfactory. Underground station is only 100 yds away.

We were given a disabled room, though not disabled, which had plenty of space but is on the ground floor with no outlook. Upper rooms seemed to have some view.

Location was very good. The staff was efficient and helpfull. We would give special thanks to Giorgina who really helped us when we had to rebook our flight to Oslo. The room was small but ok. We will definitely stay here again.

Location close to the tube, and very close to London Eye. Also possibility to accomodate 2 adults, and 2 kids in the same room.

Personel is not flexible at all if you ask for some changes.

Breakfast offering was excellent.

At breakfast I didn't enjoy being placed in a seat a few yards from where queuing customers, waiting for their tables, could watch my every mouthful (and a singular drop of egg yoke as it hit my shirt) - most uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Spacious room and bathroom, situated in the heart of wonderful London.

We were delighted with the Hotel and very impressed with the way that the old Laying In Hospital had been adapted. In the past we have stayed at County Hall but it was full on the dates we required.It turned out to be lucky for us because we far preferred the London Waterloo hotel. We were lucky enough to be put on the 3rd floor with the old wall tiles and fantastically light landing. The whole experience was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. We'd particularly like to name Attilla with his happy and cheerful smile - a real asset to the hotel!

The staff was most helpful and friendly. Always responsive and amenable to our requests. Location probably cannot be better. Close and convenient to attractions and transportation. Price. Particular mention of the young man "Jack" who worked front desk, restaurant, maintenance, and "consierge". Great attitude and most helpful..

Restaurant (for breakfast) was chaotic. This might have been due the large number of families traveling with kids on easter holiday. Layout and flow thru the buffet was like cattle stampede. But a relatively minor dislike.

They didn't wake me up in the morning as I asked for.
