BED VERY COMFORTABLE STAFF VERY HELPFUL
WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE TEA AND COFFEE PROVIDED IN THE ROOM
The location, near to Waterloo station and to Westminster. Friendly staff.
No separate heating in the bathroom.
Clean room, breakfast selection, pleasant staff, location.
Water was cold most of the time. Wifi was terrible TV channels didn't work or worked very intermittently. Worst fried eggs I've ever seen. Broken coffee machine for breakfast was a nightmare each morning, breakfast area not big enough for amount of guests. Couldn't open window. Im very dissappointed really as I stayed with you many times in other Premiers and they where much better.
Paid wifi. It's 2014. wifi should be free.
The whole expierence of the stay at the hotel
Another good stay at the premier inn Waterloo everything from the food drink and staff great prices
Central Location, front of house staff all very friendly and helpful. No problem to arrive early and have our luggage stored and then leave it until we left for the airport. Bed was so comfy particularly after a busy day seeing all the sites.
Housekeeping staff helped themselves to my daughters treats that she had bought for her friends. Whilst it was only chocolate bars a little girl had used her own money to purchase these and for that it was disappointing. This was reported when she realised what had happened however no feedback was given.
Excellent friendly staff. Comfortable with a fab comfy bed. Food was excellent breakfast and evening meal .Will be going again .
Excellent service in reception and restaurant. Staff very friendly. Great location for getting to tourist attractions. London eye. sealife centre and dungeons just round the corner.
Plenty of hot water if you wanted bath or shower but not if you wanted to just have a wash.
Location brilliant, standard premier inn rooms and breakfast etc
Hotel has major issues with pipe work, lots of noises from water pipes and not just our room, woke up both mornings at approx 5am with loud whistling noises, hotel refunded one night of my stay when hearing the noise themselves...this was first floor room 130 and friend on 7th floor had similar issues.
more comfort, better towels, sheet, more infraestructure for a 300 USD - day hotel
room, location, breakfast, value for money
shower noise from next door and broken bed in room, had to prop up with rubbish bin but squeaked really bad
Large comfotable room and bed. Excellent value meals especially the evening meal deal
Lack of personal safe in room
a very comfortable night, helpful staff and situated close to the Southbank .Would certainly stay there again
No hot water in the morning - they did apologise and said they would investigate .
Staff lovely lovely hotel nice location would stay again
bed was comfy didn't get much sleep :( due to noise
Noise from other guests or employees too loud unable to sleep ... Mentioned to desk in A.M ... Didn't seem interested told me next time I stay ring reception !!!!
Jake, Sarah and Nicole treated us like royalty. Their attitude certainly attributed to our enjoyable stay.Next time will ask for a jug of cold water in room as I can't sleep without a jug of water nearby!. Well worth the money. and will definitely return.
From check in to leaving the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough and were happy and engaging. Leave luggage after check out so that we could explore London without taking it with us. Great food, lovely bar area, clean room.......the list is endless
An excellent base for seeing the sights of London.we were very fortunate that we had a room with a superb view. Very comfortable hotel and all staff were incredibly helpful Will definitely return & recommend Thank you
Location, location, location. Splendid view from the room. Affordable. Adequate breakfast.
helpful staff, so accessible and the shower was perfect for my husband who has knee problems. Easy to get food and good standard.
The smell of food permeating the corridor out side our room and the small window.
Quiet room Comfortable bed Convenient location
Lifts often didn't read the key card Small TV screen
