I want to say that my stay at Loughborough premier Inn was amazing!..Excellent staff, gorgeous rooms and so tidy and clean !!...I am now recommending premier Inn hotels to all my friends ..Thank you for the great service.. IT IS appreciated !!

Staff were excellent-soooooo friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the rooms were really comfortable. This was our first stay at Premier but certainly not our last.

not being told to book an evening meal in advance. My daughters mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise from the doors in the corridor outside our room during the night.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, attentive and polite.

Being keep awake by noisy neighbours with uncontrolled children (the room above) despite the efforts of hotel staff who tried to put a stop to it. I was disappointed with the evening meal (the main courses) which we found to be lacking in taste, although it was properly cooked.

Staff very helpful and happy. Hotel was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition.

Other guests being too noisy above our room on the 3rd floor.

Restaurant value for money and staff very helpful.

The disabled room the heating was faulty and the room was cold and as my wife suffers from Arthritis it was very uncomfortable for her. The wif did not work on the date of our stay and we were only informed when I went to complain the next morning.

It was like every budget hotel should be - clean, well run, well appointed but without the frills. The breakfast facilities were particularly good.

No parking was a bit annoying, but the local alternative was close and relatively cheap so it was okay in the end.

beds were very hard and uncomftable pillows were well worn and we were kept awake all night by the person above and his terrible language not a good experience

Having to pay over £20 for my two day stay.Not happy at all hotel had no parking facilities. Stay in quite a few hotels over the year and would think twice about using this chain again.

This hotel is clean, new and situated in the centre of Loughborough. The coffee shop on the ground floor is very convenient if you dont want to have breakfast, just a quick snack or coffee.

There was nothing negative.
