Steeped in history and surrounded by 10 acres of gardens, Passford House Hotel lies midway between the New Forest village of Sway and the Georgian town of Lymington.
Score from 428 reviews Very good
comfortable bed, good selection for breakfast, excellent bacon and scrambled eggs, so easy to make a mess of, but good chef
should be more than 2 t bags in the room as it is nice to have a brew on arrival and in the morning!!
Staff were polite and attentive Rooms clean and comfortable Lovely comfy beds especially the pillows! Breakfast loads to choose from and cooked to order Food and Brewers Fayre staff were brilliant
I have to say I have stopped in various premier inns up and down the country due to work commitments. This premier inn I have to say was the best I have visited. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were a tad warm but the staff sorted it out straight away.
Room size Cleanliness
Location was not actually in lymington itself
Staff gave first class customer service a credit to the company
Paying for Wi Fi make it free as customers pay for 24 hours and only use 3 hours per day as you are out and about and are in your room for sleep only x
The front desk staff were very friendly, they sorted out bus timetables and taxis when needed. Well done !
Slightly noisy early evening as our room was overlooking the bin area.
location 10 minutes from the beach, Lymington, New Forest Small Inn so not too many people Ideal for exploring the area
Service in the pub was a bit slow
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Location and cost of local taxis!
This hotel is perfect as an overnight stay. We found the staff to be polite and courteous with lots of smiles. The hotel is easy to find and has a good sized car park. Not sure if we would stay again here, bit disappointed in our stay and sleep.
The restaurant adjoining the hotel that served meals and food was uncomfortably hot though and wasn't an enjoyable experience due to the heat. The room though and hotel is tired looking and we were woken many times during the night due to noise from either the hallway and doors or other occupants. The rooms just aren't sound proofed enough. For the standard of the room which had drink stains all down one wall and very old bathroom, the price we paid was too much.
Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
We had our evening meal in the adjacent pub; the staff were over-stretched, and the table and floor were in need of a good clean.
Very close for visiting friends
The adjoining pub a bit run down.
Quiet location Proximity of restaurant Quality of food Helpfulness of all staff
Difficulty in regulating room temperature
The bed was epic...huge and comfortable. Blinds were nice and dark to black out the room for a good nights sleep!
Paid £73 for a double, thought very expensive for a premier Lodge?
Lovely location. Friendly staff, nice clean room. Everyone was very helpful and cheerful and only to happy to help.We intend to stay again in the future.
The atmosphere and friendly staff were excellent. They were easy going and you felt like they enjoyed chatting to you. Would stay again if ever in the area
Customer service / staff were fantastic. All of them !!!!!!
Staff all very friendly & helpful, room was very clean & bed comfy
Only trivial comments the clothes rail too low to hang anything but trousers folded over but it was a room catering for disabled & never enough milk carton left for the choices of tea/coffee
Should not have been advertised as lymington as a long way away on narrow lanes etc. A little deceptive.
Black out curtains great. Please consider a night light-very dark with blackout and with a toddler abit too dark, but the room lights were too bright to keep on.
Location was ok, but we expectedto be a little closer to lymington. We booked via room booking.com and requested a cot, which wasn't in the room.
We wanted somewhere to sleep in comfort and that's what we got. Just as your ad' said. A comfortable room and bed. Helpful staff. The one morning we had breakfast it was very good.
I couldn't take my little dog into the room and she had to stay in the car!
We loved it and would go back again but have a room near car park
Didnt like room near back off kitchen staff out having ciggy break and banging off bins at seven in morning but other then that we loved it
staff were excellent helpful and pleasant. They responded to our requests and complaints immediatley.Good value for money
everthing was loverly and good
The room was comfortable and clean.
The lack of staff at breakfast. Service was very slow.
