Staff friendliness Clean hotel and bedrooms Located next to Brewers Fayre - great food! Great price Just great!!!
no major negatives really
The receptionist Ray was excellent - warm welcome and helped with local facilities Breakfast was freshly cooked , tasty and great value with warm service
Very little - mainly upholstery in room needed cleaning
The staff was so friendly and the bed was amasing. We asked for the brand of bed and they told us it was Hypnos. I have not slept so well in a very long time. Great location and very clean!
I have nothing bad to say.
Location great Staff very friendly and helpful .
Free wi fi for only 30minutes
We thought all the staff were very friendly and helpful and we made good use of the local bus service, which stops close to the hotel, going to Lymington or Bournemouth.
Access to the rear car park needs some repair ie. pot holes filling in.
Staff, breakfast !
Couldn't open a window, bit stuffy
probably empty rooms that have been cleaned, bathroom light has been left on (because thats what they do after cleaning)which sets the extractor fan going. AND in the middle of the night it sounds LOUD. had mentioned it to reception but guess what happened ALL week. We know this happens because each time we went out the light in bathroom therefore extractor fan was on when we got back BUT we switched it off,so when you have the noise throughout the night we assume a room somewhere close was empty...
Staff very pleasant and helpful and food good
No armchair as usual, comfort poor
A thoroughly enjoyable 2 day stay as we were down for a family wedding, nothing was too much trouble for the girls on reception, Emma and Cat(I think) and the staff in restraunt were excellent also. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed , my wife and I always use Premier Inns and we have always found them excellent value
The breakfast was lovely. All the staff were extremely helpful.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Requested a fan for the room and they supplied one immediately.
comfortable bed, good selection for breakfast, excellent bacon and scrambled eggs, so easy to make a mess of, but good chef
should be more than 2 t bags in the room as it is nice to have a brew on arrival and in the morning!!
Staff were polite and attentive Rooms clean and comfortable Lovely comfy beds especially the pillows! Breakfast loads to choose from and cooked to order Food and Brewers Fayre staff were brilliant
I have to say I have stopped in various premier inns up and down the country due to work commitments. This premier inn I have to say was the best I have visited. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were a tad warm but the staff sorted it out straight away.
Room size Cleanliness
Location was not actually in lymington itself
Staff gave first class customer service a credit to the company
Paying for Wi Fi make it free as customers pay for 24 hours and only use 3 hours per day as you are out and about and are in your room for sleep only x
The front desk staff were very friendly, they sorted out bus timetables and taxis when needed. Well done !
Slightly noisy early evening as our room was overlooking the bin area.
location 10 minutes from the beach, Lymington, New Forest Small Inn so not too many people Ideal for exploring the area
Service in the pub was a bit slow
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Location and cost of local taxis!
This hotel is perfect as an overnight stay. We found the staff to be polite and courteous with lots of smiles. The hotel is easy to find and has a good sized car park. Not sure if we would stay again here, bit disappointed in our stay and sleep.
The restaurant adjoining the hotel that served meals and food was uncomfortably hot though and wasn't an enjoyable experience due to the heat. The room though and hotel is tired looking and we were woken many times during the night due to noise from either the hallway and doors or other occupants. The rooms just aren't sound proofed enough. For the standard of the room which had drink stains all down one wall and very old bathroom, the price we paid was too much.
Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
We had our evening meal in the adjacent pub; the staff were over-stretched, and the table and floor were in need of a good clean.
Very close for visiting friends
The adjoining pub a bit run down.
Quiet location Proximity of restaurant Quality of food Helpfulness of all staff
Difficulty in regulating room temperature
The bed was epic...huge and comfortable. Blinds were nice and dark to black out the room for a good nights sleep!
Paid £73 for a double, thought very expensive for a premier Lodge?
