Premier Inn Lymington (New Forest, Hordle)  

Staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything great two nights stay.

we liked it all.

nothing that we did not like, has we liked it all.

Spacious rooms, very clean and quiet. A nice pub (the plough) just a miles walk away.

Out the way of everything, quite pricey for what it is obviously just because the location in the new forest (which is actually about 5 miles from the actual forest)

Service everything was spotless staff food

Had to use the disabled room -wet room was great bed was very low and not as comfortable as previous premier inn beds local people in bar were noisey and language was a bit strong for a family room

Location

The fact we arrived to find our bedroom not made up at 8 00pm. The receptionist did it in front of us, carrying ripped wrong sized linen back and forth for half an hour.

The accommadation was very clean & comfortable and the Staff were extreemly helpful .

The food in the Pub side / restaurant was extreemly poor,in the evening & at Breakfast time, hardly any choice on the continental selection, coffee was cold , The young lady serving in the restaurant was not properly trained,and was coughing all the time.

Overall, very nice.

Premier Inn's WiFi facility is very clunky. I couldnt get it on my smartphone in my room. Why dont they stick £3.00 on the bill and have it instant access everywhere in the building. They need to make sure that coverage is good everywhere on their property.

Staff excellent

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Very good value for money. Definitely use Premier Inns again.

It would have been nice to have some comfortable seats to sit in once you had finished your meal. Lounge area away from the bar.

Every member of staff was as polite and helpful as anywhere i have stayed.

The room had no opening window and the heating would only go down to 17 degrees so we had a really bad night on Saturday which was very bad when we had a sailing competition on Sunday and sleep was important. The mattresses are also extremely firm which is not good for anyone with a back problem but great for someone who weighs 20 stone or more!!

Good value for money. Clean comfortable modern rooms with TV ensuite etc.. Good parking. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfasts.

Location - too remote. Need taxi into Lymington itself for night out. Not much at all in surrounding village. Pub and restaurant attached (Brewers Fayre) OK but aimed at family market. No real ale! Not easy to walk anywhere from hotel. Need car to get into New Forest.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking not a problem. Well located for New Forest, beaches and coast at Christchurch and Bournmouth, convenient for ferry from Lymington to Isle of Wight.

On arrival and into the second day of our stay there was no restaurant facilities there being technical difficulties with the kitchen.

The rooms were very clean, with lots of towels and bedding.The staff were very friendly fun and helpfull

Unfortunately the cook did not turn up for his shift ,and the staff decided to try and offer breakfast. however this proved difficult resulting with the selfserve counter not being refilled ,and after a hour off sitting at our table the breakfast arrived cold .

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and nice to have Brewers Fayre next door as had a young child with us so didnt have to travel out for our evening meal.

Would have liked fresh milk in rooms for teas, coffees, etc

Squeaky Floors

Easy check in service, the last minute booking was confirmed by telephone within half an hour of being online. The card entry system is better than having to carry around a large key. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms - flat screen television, and additional points to plug in lap tops etc. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and fitted to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and choice of pillow density a gentle touch! Evening meal and breakfast deal well worth it, tasty. A very enjoyable stay.

We checked in quite late in to the night and everything was prepared for our arrival. Clean.

The mattresses on the beds were really hard. First thing our 8 year old son said in the morning was his bed was really uncomfortable, which we agreed with.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely come again and will recommend this hotel to friends.
