The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. We had an excellent, quiet nights sleep. Lovely breakfast.

The location was easy to arrive and depart from There was another place to eat nearby which compensated for the lack of availability for the attached premises

Booking for a faimly room and being told on arrival you had only booked us into a double Not being able to book dinner for the first night until 9 o'clock which I consider too late for an 8 year old Tea and coffee facilities were limited to one cup per person per day

The room was clean, roomy and had all the facilities we needed.

We noted that there are no facilities for the disabled, both myself and my mother in law, who was with us, use sticks to get about and had to cope with stairs to get to our rooms. A lift or ramp would have made life much easier.

The bed was not up to the usual Premier Inn standard. It was very hard and bouncy so did not give a comfortable nights sleep. I stay in Premier Inns a lot for business and this bed did not match other Premier Inns

Good location, handy to have the Beefeater right beside the Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking

The Wi-Fi policy is silly, you get 30mins free and then pay for the next 24hrs, but walk across to the Beefeater and get it free.

Always love coming here. Special place and special memories.

Almost everything, really! Very convenient location for us, nice and quiet, unpretentious, extremely clean and comfortable room with plenty of space and large bed, immaculate shower/bath/WC room, very pleasant Beefeater next door again with unpretentious but tasty menu. Will call again when in the area.

There could have been some biscuits and more milk cartons, and the toilet paper sheets are rather too small for comfort. And only 30 minutes free wi-fi is really mean in this day and age when so many places are completely free wifi hotspots -- come on, it costs you next to nothing!

We had a disabled double room it was great had big walk in shower certainly was a comfortable room

Ample parking. Clean room. Restaurant nearby.

Getting there, the A12 is a nightmare to drive up!

Bed too soft, uncomfortable nights sleep. Shower facility, leaky, poor pressure.

Clean no hassle and friendly

The beefeater which adjoined and was we're we had breakfast and evening meal was substandard and not very exciting .

Very handy for visiting nearby Potters Leisure Resort. Being away from the main road, our room at the back of the property, was very quiet.

Staff in hotel were welcoming and helpful. Parking was good.

Rooms were not very warm and corridors were cold. Staff at pub were not very efficien

The price

The location is handy for the world bowls at Potters at Hopton on sea . The rooms are clean and comfortable and the price is reasonable . The staff are efficient and friendly.

Tea & coffee in adjoining restaurant is never hot due to use of vacuum flasks please can we have freshly made pots of tea & coffee

The bed was very comfy my wife and I enjoyed it very much

Helpfullness of staff. great breakfast. Comfortable bed.great tv. Cleanliness of room and on suite. Heating system in room was good.

I was most impressed with all the staff that we meet. The receptionist Lynn and Becky were very helpful and friendly.

Not your fault but we did have a fire alarm go off and everyone was exvacuated from the hotel at 6.30 am.

room size

Very clean and tidy. Met all expectations. Good bath/shower facilities. Cheerful, helpful and courteous staff. Excellent hot full english breakfast plus continental pastries!

My Samsung S2 didn't seem to be compatible with logging on to the Wifi to make use of the free 30 minutes (a minor inconvenience).
