Staff were brilliant. Breakfast superb.
WiFi was not up to scratch and upgrade was unavailable.
Very attentive staff. Hotel nice and clean. Yummy breakfast.
WIFI very hit and miss. Only close place to eat was Harvester. Nothing else near by. Area a bit dodgy.
Welcoming staff. Warm clean and cosy room. Fab shower. The bed was amazing!!!! Slept right thru. Definetly staying again.
Wifi too slow for business traveller Dated look and smell in the room
The staff were very friendly. The parking was ample and free. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was huge. Was all I could do to remove myself from the very powerful shower. Breakfast was vast and very welcomed.
The Internet was down and very slow and around 5am the heating seemed to go off so we were freezing and both ended up catching colds.
Everything else was great
Terrible wifi speed Shower curtain not good, floor got very wet
my stay at this premier inn was fantastic as it was the best nights sleep i have experienced for a very long time. I could do with the bed and bedding in my own home. also the breakfast was very good, all cooked fresh as you like it.lovely.
there was nothing that i didnt like.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
far from Luton you need to take a cab for £14 to £18 in order to get to town every time. The room was very small for family, I asked Clive (staff) he said all rooms are the same size but it seems for me in the hotel pictures that there are larger rooms than others
children running about early in the morning. sink outlet faulty
very helpful staff.
lack of telephone in bedroom--security and health and safety issue.
Comfort of bed and the lovely cooked breakfast
Relatively Cheap Very friendly and helpful staff Clean Comfortable bed
Thin walls (I could hear the television in the adjoining room and the conversations between the people staying in that room) Not a great location if you don't have a car, just off the motorway.
staff were very polite and helpful breakfast was excellent room quite
draft from window
Welcoming and friendly staff and big comfortable and clean rooms. We were very lucky to be able to eat a great meal in the Harvester restaurant the other side of the car park. (lucky because it had been closed prior to our arrival). The restaurant offers a great choice of very good food and the waiting staff were lovely. Would definitely return.
The only small downside is that the hotel itself doesn't have its own restaurant, so if the Harvester Inn restaurant is closed (which happens from time to time) you would have to drive to find something to eat.
The guy on reception when I checked out
We had a very spacious room, clean and modern with a good sized flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities.Great location for us en route to off site air parking before our early flight the next day from Luton. The breakfast was well set out and catered for all, offering a full selection of produce for both continental and full English style meals. The staff were all excellent and welcoming. We will definitely use this chain of hotels in the future. Thanks. Kevin & Sandra. West Yorkshire.
Nothing to dislike.
Good shower etc. The staff were very friendly and, when we requested extra (shower) towels, they provided them without a problem.
Number of towels in the room on arrival. In England, bath (sheets) are actually too large for use when showering. Two (normal) large towels in place of one bath-sheet for 2 people would be better (plus 2 small hand towels. Just a suggestion!!
Paul was great
It is 2014 give us free wifi
Always stay in premier inns if I can, as it's the only place I know the bed will be comfy. Met family pre Xmas, and there were 11 for breakfast. The staff were brilliant - really helpful.
Having to get up so early to leave
Very good & conveniont
Lack of space and comfort in bedroom. No space to move, only one chair, inadequate for couple and would have been impossible for a family.
The room was large enough for a double bed, a single bed and a cot. It was clean and had everything we needed
We were only offered one room key which controls the lights/electricity to the room. My husband took the key when he went to get our bags out of the car as he needed it to get through all the doors. Unfortunately, that meant my children and I had to sit in the dark for ten minutes whist he was gone!
Everything was good about our stay.
I think breakfast is a little expensive.
