Great staff! Rooms basic but clean and comfortable
Good size room, quiet, clean and a very good breakfast with excellent service.
When arrived they said the family room was only for 2 adults an 2 children and as we were 3 adults we really should not be allowed to stay in it. They did eventually agree as when we booked we did stipulate we were 3 adults sharing the room didn't understand what the problem was as there was a double, a single and a put you up, more than enough for 3 adults without using the camp bed!
The friendly staff, when we checked in the poor guy was rushed off his feet dealing with about ten people at once all attending the rewind festival at nearby Capesthorne hall He was calm and patient with everyone.Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the bed was very comfortable
No quorn sausages at breakfast !
This was the perfect location for a music festival and the rooms and facilites are great.
The breakfast is over-priced, there is a Tescos 1 minutes driveaway I'd do that instead next time.
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. Very clean.
I am just over 5ft tall, I struggled to step into the HIGH bath to shower. Disappointed with the length of time we had to wait for breakfast to be served. there were no Quorn (vegetarian) sausages available.
poor water pressure meant the shower was little more than a trickle
Clean, spacious, great food next door & staff in hotel and Pub brilliant.
Room size, cleanliness, staff helpfulness, food, general ambience.Location was good for onward travelling and for Peak District access.
Poor control of heat in the room. No aircon so had to use fans as night was warm. Not a good night's sleep because of this.
The hotel rooms were excellent and the staff proved to be friendly helpful and efficient.
The staff in the restaurant bar did not achieve the same level of efficiency and service as the hotel staff.
Certainly good value for money, location was quiet, rooms clean and comfortable and the location suited our needs for visiting relatives in Macclesfield. Good food at the restaurant attached
Nothing to add
Quality of bed and pillows, breakfast on offer and all staff made an effort
All of it
Friendly staff, who are happy to help with anything. Rooms are a good standard for the price. Great pub next door.
Rooms slightly small. No shops/ amenities within walking distance.
Staff very friendly, breakfast well worth the price,
There was a lack of wardrobe space and no drawers or telephone.
Paying for internet
We were so looked after from the minute we arrived until we left - great
Stayed here whilst attending a wedding at a near by venue. Great location. Super comfy bed. It looks like the room had recently been re-furbished. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the nearby area.
polite and helpful staff both in hotel and 'table, table'. Ease of booking. Nice clean rooms.
Duvets too big and heavy. No tourist information available for local area.
Excellent reception staff, extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms nice and clean, with comfy double bed (although it was two singles clamped together which didn't impact on sleep).
Only 30 minutes free internet - would be nice if this was complementary for the price of the room.
Convenient location for overnight stay to attend wedding at Hilltop Country House. Very good breakfast served, with hot dishes cooked to order. Good rate for budget accommodation.
Would be nice if Premier Inn actually had "family" size rooms, rather than trying to squeeze 4 of us into a triple room, with extra bed (mattress) on the floor between the double and single beds.
Friendly and helpful staff both in the premier inn itself and in the table table restaurant, was staying alone and they made me feel welcomed and at ease, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this premier inn to others.
no dislikes at all
The cleanliness was excellent. The friendliness of the staff was very good. There isnt anything negative I could say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay apart from the rooms being to hot. Will definitely stay there again.
The temperature in the rooms was far to hot.
We were on the ground floor and didn't sleep for 2 nights due to the noise above. Very disappointing.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Rooms remained incredibly hot all night with no A/C available - very difficult to sleep
