Close to Golf course, tidy neat rooms, restuarant was good

I was put in the Disabled bedroom which is the first room on the left behind reception at the entrance to the stairs, evrything is Ok except for the 5+ couples coming in at around 2 in the morning saying goodbye right outside my door before they split off up the stairs, hence to say I could not get back to sleep!!!!

Think the charges were more than original booking form stated

Very friendlyand helpful staff in both hotel and Table Table restuarant.

We were in room 1 - diabled bedroom. Have no objection to this. However the bed was small for a double and very low - mattress only 25mm of the floor. Shaving mirror light did not work

very slow internet connection, could do with food service .... as pub next to the hotel was a bit disapointed (food). maybe a small fridge in the room would be good.

Not happy with the price we paid56 pounds and no breakfast included. One friend got the price 29pounds for the same night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food at breakfast time was very nice. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable best nights sleep i have had for a while.

The only thing i can say is about the toaster at breakfast it was very slow at toasting the bread so had to stand there for quite a while and put it through several times before it toasted apart from that small thing everything was spot on.

Convenient to attend wedding inj the vicinity.Clean and comfortable room at a reasonjable price.

our stay was made very welcoming by the staff on duty,they were friendly accommadating and very easy to approach. the receptionist was there when we arrived and explained what the hotel offered and told us that the desk was manned 24hrs if we needed anything just to ask. our waiteress 5236 Nicole was there for our every need friendly she checked that we were happy and asked if we needed anything on a number of occassions. your staff are a credit to you and hope they are they next time we visit because of them we will return. we have told others of our stay and they will try you the next time they are in the area,we stayed because of our daughter dancing so we had a few friends who where interested for next time.

Service was disgracefull, I stayed for 7 nights my room was not hovered once during my stay,my drinking glasses/cups were never cleaned and more to my dismay my bedding was not changed once during my 7 night stay. After 7 nights decided to book into Macclesfield South to see if the service was any better , I inquired at the reception there what was the standard for having your bed changed with new bedding and she informed me that it was every 3 days.This never happened!! Would welcome your reply on this matter as I am not happy and would never recomend your hotel yo anyone.

Clean, comfortable, good value. Good breakfast and free wifi.

The staff was friendly especially the lady who greated us for breakfast the reception staff that checked us in was very nice and polite. The night reception staff was also very nice to he wish us a happy wedding as we get married a week today . The room was very comfortable and have very good view from the bedroom window the breakfast was very nice you can choice anything you wanted

there was no phone in the room which was a bit of a let down as we needed to contact staff and we had to go all the way down stairs

Clean, modern and efficiently run. The breakfasts were excellent as was the family evening meal in the restaurant next door.

It is in Bollington not Macclesfield. We were charged £10 more for the room than I had expected.

Conveniently located for Greater Manchester south. Excellent service despite staff shortages.

The decor in the adjoining pub was rather sad! Lack of signage from the silk road.
