Beds were quite comfortable. Food service was good but food was a bit "mass produced"

Overlooking carpark. Neither of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were working. There was no telephone to contact reception or anyone else! The TV remote did not have a TV guide button as promised and the TV was too small. We had to rearrange the beds so that we could both see the TV and for me to have a bedside light by the single bed.

The bed was very comfortable, my husband and i had best nights sleep in a long time, wanted to carry it home with us. Receptonist tracey was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help our stay a happy experience.

Not enough tea bags and milk in the room!Only one each to last 24 hours.

Your card machine threetimes refused credit payment,using twocards! Only accept my daughters debit card was accepted. I was unaware Premier did not accept credit card payment?

The reception team were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.

The breakfast was RANK. The T.V needs upgrading.

I had very good experience in the hotel. Very fiendly and approachable staff. I had double-room: nice, warm, clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Alice on reception set the tone with a happy, friendly and helpful manner. Family room was of a good size with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows - firm or soft. Room temperature was adjustable. Quiet but on main road to Congleton and only a £5 taxi fare from the centre of Macclesfield. Good restaurant and bar selling excellent real ales.

Hot water took ages to come through to basin, but reception promised to investigate immediately. Breakfast expensive compared with well priced food in restaurant. Rain and cold!!

My first ever stay at a Premier Inn and I was really pleasantly surprised. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was considerably better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in!! Will certainly use Premier again.

The level of service provided by the staff and the superb breakfast.

The price. Premier Inns are now an expensive option compared to other 3* chains at the weekend.

The member of staff who delt with us on our arrival was very help and very polite, Richard i think his name was. We often stay at Premier inns and this one was the best so far.

As most Premier Inns, it is comfortable and clean and this was no exception. The reception staff were really helpful. We were hosting a course on the Saturday in Marple (Stockport) and needed to get some basic provisions,and they were great in giving us directions to a small Coop supermarket within walking distance - we would never have found it without their help.

There is only ever one easy chair in the bedrooms. When travelling as a couple someone has to sit on the bed (very difficult to get comfortable) or on the hard dressing table chair.

Lovely friendly lady in reception, tasty and very economical food. Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows.
