The location was good for popping into town and using public transport. Very comfy and safe.
Nothing really, was a little cold and heating doesn't go up any more than 22 but thats it:
Hotel excellent in every way but beefeater restaurant was the let down both in the evening and for breakfast
Food option would not use again for this reason only
The location of Allington Premier Inn was easy to find. A nice welcome from staff on arrival and ease of booking in. As all Premier Inns we have stayed in room was clean and aired. Extra pillows always available and bed very comfortable. Easy access to Beefeater from reception, Breakfast as usual good value and excellent selection of fruits, cereal and pastries and of cause there cooked breakfast tip-top.
great hotel, great room, clean and tidy! great food facilities, would go back!
Worse experience of a hotel possible. Fire alarm going off at 6am, terrible service and useless customer service. Never go back or to another premier inn again
everything was done efficiently when arriving.
would possibly thought atelephone would have been nice to have in the room.
Friendly Nicely displayed rooms Large, comfortable bed
I'm used to Germany/Netherlands standard. Generally you get a nicer/newer/better looking location for the price.
Great location for my purpose. Good breakfasts. Comfortable and clean. Staff friendly but not over familiar. Helpful staff.
Problem with key's on arrival. Breakfast could have been served earlier. Coffee was far too weak - but I like my coffee strong.
The wi-fi was good, the room had a great big TV with normal channels and… there was a plug socket by the bed!!! For me the plug socket made it and recognises that most of us need to charge our phones everyday - and use them as alarm clocks.
The breakfast is really letting them down here. Although Costa Coffee is advertised as served as part of the breakfast I'm pretty sure that if the people from Costa stayed they'd cough up and spit the coffee out all over the unnecessarily greasy hash browns. A bit sad because I normally really enjoy a Premier Inn breakfast.
Very friendly reception staff.
Clean room although the bath and sink were not as clean as I would like (black mould around the chain holder, visible when you are sitting in the bath). Also in the overflow of the sink. Bed very hard, so not a good night sleep. No hair dryer in the room as they were to be replaced, so had to wait at reception for one as receptionist away dealing with other guest.
Location was good for our visit
Very basic & quite expensive for what we got
Warm welcome from Receptionist. Clean and warm room with a comfy bed. Hairdryer and toiletries very nice touch, especially for how much I paid! Dinner and breakfast were just brilliant.
Room size Good parking
Noise from upstairs No safe No fridge
reception staff wery helpful and friendly
the noise from the room above, breakfast room found very dark and not a lot of room getting in out from the table
Slept very well. Accomodated my request for a ground floor room. Very happy
Room clean, bed comfy
Took some time for staff to come to reception,Even other staff could not raise a receptionist. breakfast very poor for cost, coffee undrinkable, no spoons on serving table, etc. loud noise banging woke us up early
Very clean. Good breakfast and it was great to have the choice of continental. One doesn't always want a heavy breakfast when staying at a B & B. Nice choice and selection of food at Premier. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Little too hot at night time. Thick duvet and I couldn't open the window as widely as I would have liked. We had used the tea mugs to make ourselves tea. It would have been nice if they had been replaced the next day or washed. They were just left dirty.
Comfortable and quite
Really pleasurable stay
the staff were very helpful and showed genuine concern when I asked if I could cancel breakfast due to my husband feeling unwell on Sunday morning.
Sat Nav, sent us to the close behind the hotel, and a general to all Premier Inn, the room could be made a little more comfortable by having two armchairs so that both of the couple could unwind rather than one having to sit at the table or on the bed.
Room was good size, clean etc. All 4 of use slept well. Only an hours drive to Dover so refreshed for early ferry.
The breakfast was good and the room was clean.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable - makes a mockery of the Lenny Henry Ad!
Easily accessible disabled room Comfortable bed Good restaurant Helpful and pleasant staff
Only one chair in room but another was provided quickly when requested.
Friendly staff, decent food and service
